Still, shiny screenshots are s**t compared to the real deal. Pretty? Yes. But enough to sell the game? Nope.

FlashbackJon Shiny cinematics sell games to me, anyhow. 3nodding I doubt we get to ride catapults against the side of a keep wall though. Still, if the game is anything like what the intro promises, I'm in.

Well, all in all, I'd rather be riding catapults onto or over rather than into, so we'll hope for the best. wink

They promise you the world and in the end you'll be stuck with just the backyard, mark my words.

Hey, who wouldn't enjoy being shot from a catapult, fly through, and smack right into a stone fortress wall. That is what defines fun.

It's only fun the first time round. I just hope that they stay away from the cliche MMORPG classes and come with something original. Being a Dwarf Slayer is one thing, but what I wouldn't give for being a human engineer or witch hunter.

Witch Hunter I'm not too sure.

I've seen concepts of dwarven engineers, but I want to be a human most of all, if the classes permit it. If that's not the case me and my brother will become Slayers Snorri and Grungi, taking it upon theirselves to find a glorious death or just keep on bashing bigger foes until we do kick the bucket. scream "Look Snorri, trolls!" Oh s**t, what I wouldn't give for becoming a Slayer Pirate. pirate

The WAR Online newsletter revealed info on the Black Orc and Dwarf Ironbreaker career paths. As well as a two-second preview of the Chaos vs. Empire fight trailer, a preview for the Badlands area, and concept art for Squigs and Night Gobbos. Oh, and a "making of" the trailer.

Daemon_King The Chaos Lord vs the Warrior Priest was short. xd Yeah, totally worthwhile, huh? They said the full trailer will be available next month, though, so that's something to look forward to, I suppose.
