Hinaichigo is the one that is the most childlike and innocent, Suiseiseki is known for always trying to get her way.
Why Suiseiseki is beating the tar out of Hinaichigo... I dunno.
The important thing is Suiseiseki is a major Internet Meme since she ends every sentence with "desu." Which is what she's famous for and why someone bothered to make this gif.
