...A naϊve pervert is still a pervert, Malachai.
"Ah, well... A pervert is... erm... Well, um..."
Go ahead, Malachai, tell her. A low, devious chuckling began in Malachai's head from the Sinful's words.
"Erm... All right, it's kind of like... someone who wants to do things to you... As young as you are, the things are bad..."

"So a pervert is someone who does bad things to kids my age?" She thought a moment. "Liiiike, hurting me kinda bad things?"
Isn't that the only bad things there are? Oh no I suppose not, they could always intoxicate you, perhaps drug you in the process. Or they could let their hounds attack you and watch while you're beig torn to shreds, or kidnap you and watch you starve to death, or tie you up and eat in front of you everyday.
"Those do sound bad. And its so mean. Why would they want to make me starve I did nothing bad to them!" She exclaimed. Her view of pervert was now mixed between Malachai's and Sinful's.

"Um... It usually has nothing to do with starvation, " Malacha replied. "They're really things tthat I shouldn't describe because of their nature, but siffice to say that they want to do very inappropriate things..."
Mentioning touching. That should give her the right hint. ... Malachai? Are you ignoring me?
"Oh, and, just curious, but I will get my shirt back tonight, right?"

"Inappropriate things? Whaddya mea--" Her voice was cut off as the Sinful started to explain. The child froze in her steps and eyes going wide. After about three inutes of silence her eyes began to water and she started to blubber. "Bu-Bu-Why-I didn't-Sinfu-fu-Waaaaah!!" She started to bawl.
What? He wasn't going to tell you. They also use--
"I dn't wanna knooow!!" Tori continued to bawl as she walked hearing Sinful explain what they used and how they did it and where they did it and she didn't even take a breath to answer Malachai's question. She just cried. "I don't want them to get meee! I don't want them to use that! I need to hide! Sinfuuuul!" She wiped her eyes with her sleeves and sniffled blubbering more incoheret things.

"I promise, nothing is going to get you!" Malachai said, rushing to the girl's side. "It's just this annoying voice making comments of the same nature... I won't let anyone do that to you!"
No one but yourself, Malachai? ... You can't ignore me for all eternity. Your current conviction will fall to oblivion, in time.
"If anyone even gets close to you with a thought like that in their mind, I'll take care of them! Please, don't cry... I'll protect you from those people!"

Tori backed away as he touched her and shook her head. "Don't touch me!" She sniffled staring at him. "H-he says you-you're a pe-*****." She said betwen sobs and sniffles. "Th-That you do those things only to-to girls my aaaage!" She continued to cry her sleeve now soggy and wet. "That's the only reason you're weith meee!!"
Sinful was merely sitting in the corner of her mind having a good laugh. Children were so easily manipulated, intelligent or not.

"What? No! I would never do anything like that! I'm here with you because I was forced into hiding and you were about to get caught by guards! We're both outcasts of society, now... That doesn't mean I'd do those things to you! Look, I can give you a weapon... If anything happens, you can defend yourself and stop anyone from doing those things! You'll know that you could stop me, even though I wouldn't do it in the first place..."
I might seem a bit perverted at times, Malachai, but I'd never tell those things to a young girl... It seems not all Sinful have some decency.

"I_I can't use his-his powers because Sinful says I'd-I'd hurt myself." She said, her tears dying down to mere hiccups. She then silenced and grabbed a piee of bread and munched on it. She gave of the occasional hiccup and sniffle but she remained quiet.
You cry awfully loud. I enjoyed that, I shall try to do it agian in the future. But what's worse than Mr. Malachai being a ***** just continued to munch silently, brown eyes at the ground.

"Please, try to ignore it... None of that is true... Please don't cry, I won't let anyone hurt you, I promise."
Malachai, I realize the importance of what you're doing, but please make haste. The guards may arrive any minute.

Tori, okay I know you won't speak but stop chewing and start walking.
Tori did stop chewing but instead listenened. It was almost inaudible, but the sound of armor was faint. She looked at Malachai before grabbing his arm and yanking roughly before she broke out into a run. The creek was still a good distance away. They needed to get there quickly.
The baying of a hound echoed signaling it had their scent.
Run Run Run!! Sinful exclaimed. Is Malachai behind us? Hey he can control shadows we need him! Are you listen! Say or think somethig its even more terrifying when a child has no thoughts in her mind!

“Where are we going?”
The child’s voice was faint, almost barren of any hope and calmness. It rang out through ghostly hallways, quivering and despaired, breaking the near deafly silence that had surrounded them. The two forms crept down empty passageways, almost inaudible screams of unimaginable horror trailing them as they continued their pursuit for freedom.
“I have told you already. We are heading for the exit.”
“Towards… freedom?” he asked, what little confidence he had now absent.
“Freedom is the idea of doing whatever you desire without consequences. The term is obsolete in my vocabulary… We’re just trying to make our hardships a little less heavy.” Caidoc had almost completely immersed himself with the scenery. Such a dark form against the shaded corridor, only the keenest of eyes could depict his entirety without making errors in where his body ended and where the background began.
“Oh…” the boy drooped over. Trudging onward, his only thoughts led back to the one basic truth that still haunted his heart: he had willingly condemned an entire mass of people… for his own soul to remain pinned in its mortal shell. What kind of coward was he? Could he truly trust Caidoc, who was able to kill with a grin on his face?
“C-… Caidoc…” he whimpered.
“Yes?” The form made no attempt at looking back at him. His sights were fixed on the path ahead, still waiting for any guards to wander down the halls towards them.
“Do you… think there’s a Hell?”
Caidoc no longer was able to help himself. He burst out in laughter. A cold voice banging against the confines of the room, tormenting the ghosts left there to suffer with its malicious presence. Chills were sent down Osyth’s back in waves, the maniacal screams from his supposed servant startling him to the point where he was prepared to head back towards his cell door and accept his original fate without argument.
“Hell?! My, my, Master Osyth, is this the delightful remorse for your actions? I knew this moment would be upon us! You are pinning yourself responsible for what has become of those prisoners, are you not?” Another fierce roar of laughter echoed forth, the murderer’s eyes turning to set themselves on the child. As wide as they were devilish, they were able to pierce fear further into Osyth’s heart.
“This is why I love your kind, Master Osyth.” He took a step forward, his face becoming more demented as he approached. “First comes the regret…” another step towards the young child, “then comes the moral conflict…” a third step, the black form now mere inches away from Osyth’s face as Caidoc knelt down, placing his hands on Osyth’s shoulders.
There was nothing but pure joy formed over Caidoc’s face. Made very obvious to Osyth time and time again, and it still had the same effect. He enjoyed killing… reveled in it… and soon, he would make him revel it as much as he did. Corruption was always the Devil’s game.
“… then, once you have felt the temptation that comes from sinning, you will know true bliss. You will demand of me more sacrifices for your will, and as an obedient servant, I shall oblige. Master Osyth, I have done nothing wrong. I merely am a spectator and an extent of your will in all this. An extension of your heart, I am not evil. That’s merely a title given to the enemies of humans.
“So please… do not speak to me about a place where evil-doers are sent away to. I care not for your kind’s lies to make your race behave. I only care about what the master wants.”
He let go of the child’s shoulders, causing the trembling body to shake and sway uncontrollably with their support gone. The child looked at the Sinful Angel for several minutes. One stood silently with a familiar expression once again showing itself for an innumerable amount of times since its creation. The other stood petrified, its voice lost and its mind warped by the words that had been forced into his its mind.
Could this creature really be… an extension of his heart…? Was that what influenced it to act bloodthirsty and uncaring? Was he... was he really as responsible for those peoples’ deaths as he had thought he was?

Following alongside the girl, Malachai continuously looked over his shoulder, the glare of a guard's armor occasionally striking across the horizon as the torches illuminated groups of these hunters.
Malachai, I'd advise you to find shadow. Tell your... leader the same.
Scoffing at the comment, Malachai did repeat the important part, though rather hesitantly. "We... we should find shadows to take us to the creek. It would be the easiest way."

Hm, he had a point. But it was already dark! The darkness was related to the shadows right? Nonetheless she led him behind a tree and let go of hiim to crouch down and gasp for air. She'd been doing a lot of running. Thank you carbohydrates.
It'll be hard finding a shadow, the moon is just a sliver, it doesn't emit much light during the fall and winter seasons. Sinful explained. Please think something, I hate the silence, and the fact you're not thinking, as I said before, is terrifying. Most children think about everything like why the sky is blue or where babies come from.

"I can only remain unseen so long as I am inside the shadow, " Malachai explained. "If we were in pure darkness, it would work, as well, but even the slightest light can force the shadows to shrink back. Torches of the guards, moon and sun light, a wildfire... If we can avoid those, we can make it to safety."
Malachai, you don't truly understand the full extent of my powers, do you? Those are the passive techniques, you blasteed fool!

"What about dogs?" Sinful asked using her voice. "Dogs have their damned sixth sense! They'll find us! We need to get to the creek and wash our scent away before running again! We'll lose them faster that way! Either that or somehow get us to the creek!" Her eyes were a much darker brown with a hint of red. It was Sinful speaking and ordering now. "Well?"
