Sue at last rode in from the blizzard, tired and beaten from battle. She remembered coming inside FEFGA's house-fort before, during the time of Madriana's takeover.
It had since been much improved, first of all, all the holes in the wall were fixed, it was expanded, and it now included stables for everyone's mounts, even the size of the wyverns. It looked like they prepared well, for evil had a knack for snatching the castle away.
The nomad, parking her steed in one of the stables soon collapsed afterwards, both her wounds of battle and weariness taking over.
In her sleep, she saw the plains of her homeland. She ran up to a much younger Rath, smiling at him. "Father, you're back, you're back!" she was snuggling up to him.
"Yes... the hunt is over..." The nomad explained. Behind him was a large kill for that night's tribal feast...
In reality, tears flowed from the sleeping nomad's eyes. Why couldn't he be here now?

Amelia had slid asleep during the commotion, curling up comfortably on the rug before the fire. She stayed wrapped in her blankets like a large human burrito, hair falling over her face as she breathed softly and easily. The sounds of Ayra's yells at the cat puke and the introduction of more friends coming in didn't phase her. She just kept sleeping near Rhys, a rather peaceful, relaxed look on her face despite the s**t they had found themselves in. Blossom, however, was more on the ball. After Soren passed out, she snugly tucked his blanket around him, then went to work at cleaning up puke. It smelled nasty. She didn't like it. But she didn't want it drying on the floor and being even grosser. She was busy picking up her puke rag once the job had been done when insistent banging drew her attention to the door.
"More people from the city!" she shouted, as if this wasn't obvious, and fumbled to reach the door as quickly as possible. She threw open the door about halfway, watching the person there fall inside.[[And now to be just annoying, I'm off to school.

"This doesn't look good." Victoria knelt by the unconscous nomad, beginning to work the magic of her heal staff. Her eyes scanned around the fortress. She had no idea what happened on the outside, but this was a terrible incident. While the bishop was healing Sue, she spoke to the rest of FEF. "Anyone else need the power of my staff? A lot of you have been injured in battle..."

Isadora was leaning outside of FEFGA's house with her back against it, arms crossed. Far from the distance, she could see that frozen fortress that was once were FEF castle.
Though there was a blizzard outside and the air was colder and sharper, Isadora fought hard to resist the cold temperature. She needed a place to think. A place where she will not be bothered. A place where no one would find her.
It had happened so fast. Everything was so peaceful in the land until the Mauthe Doogs and Mongalls arrived to invade them. The next thing she knew, Nino was captured by a newcomer and was locked up in the frozen castle. She didn't know where that stranger came from or to what purpose did he had in their fair land. What she did know was that she had failed as not only the crew, but also a knight of FEF.
"This is all my fault," Isadora said as she looked back at the castle. "If I was strong enough and there to defend what threats come before us, this would have never happened."

"Don't be out in the blizzard, Lady Paladin. It will chill you to the bone." Victoria told her cautiously. "What happened couldn't be predicted by anyone. No one is to blame... What is important, I belive is that you rescue the leader of your group, when this storm dies down. Rather... this spell." She glared into the ice and snow that were swirling around in the air now, they were so heavy they could be seen by the naked eye. "He can't keep this up forever. Even the most powerful of sages will run out of stamina soon."

((How did Victoria know Isadora is outside of FEFGA's house? confused ))
"I hope so. With Rath off in his migration and Sain nowhere to be found, we need someone to lead the way. I'm sure Tibarn will make a good leader for now. I..... I'm still not strong enough." Isadora said as she lower her head in shame. Despite how much she had tried to be a good leader, she somehow couldn't it.
When she heard Victoria explained about the sage, Isadora lifted her head a bit. "You're right. Even a powerful archsage do not have ever lasting energy to keep the spell forever. But this spell..... I've never seen this spell before... What could it be?"

{She can see through wallz! razz No... really, there ARE windows in FEFGA's house, I imagine.}
"I'm not sure, magic is as ancient as St. Elmine herself." Victoria explained. "I do wonder about the history of this place as well... was this once another kingdom entirely? It looks like it."

Isadora pinched her temple as she tried to remember the history. It has been ages since she last remembered. "If I remember correctly, it was a kingdom centuries ago. It was ruled by a fair and powerful king. Then, the king mysteriously disappeared and the kingdom was broken. No scholars knew what had happened to the king or why he disappeared. However, the castle where we are lived is the living proof that it was once a kingdom."

Nometal walked over by Victoria. "So what you two are saying is that this mysterious figure may be that king that once lived that dissappeared?"

"By the sound of it, possibly, but he doesn't understand. His retainers... they all fled." Victoria explained to Nometal. "He's still living in the past, as frozen in the old days as these lands are by his ice."
{Hooray for poetic speech! *shot*}

((NoMetal, no one see the Mysterious Figure. He never let himself be shown to the members publicly.))
"I dunno if this stranger is a king or not. But whatever he is up to, I'll make sure to put an end to this." Isadora replied as she stood up and headed back inside. Her armor was now cover with frost.

+It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas! `Toys in every store. `But the prettiest sight to see is the holly that will be. +On your own front door.「 It had been more than a day of dark silence in the dark sage's mind. He'd heard nothing, seen nothing, and he knew nothing of what had passed since his unfortunate accident at the lake. His head still throbbed, and he felt as though he couldn't breathe, as his conciousness returned in a rush. Why am I so hot?! His body seemed to be trapped in boiling water, and he sat up quickly, causing his head to throb painfully, and leaving him unbearably dizzy. 」
「 Sitting still for a long moment, the boy took inventory on his possible injuries. He quickly realized that he was still smothered in varied bundles of clothing, and hastily tore most of the layers off, leaving them in a heap on the floor. Taking another moment to breathe, the sage let his hands wander along his body and head, feeling for any pains or wounds. Finding only a few minor bruises along his limbs and torso, the boy was relieved. However, his fingers soon brushed a scabbed over wound on his head, and he winced, pulling his hand away. Feels like it's been treated with a heal staff...and I don't feel any oozing, so there doesn't seem to be any infection. 」
「 The boy sat for a moment, trying to recall how he had recieved this wound, until he could no longer stand the ravenous snarling of his belly. Slowly swinging his legs over the side of whatever surface he had been resting on, the sage discovered he had been laying in the dark as his eyes slid open, only to take in nothing at all. Sighing, he jumped as his bare feet met cold stone, and quickly wrapped his soles in cloth. His throat was bone dry, and he was starving. There had to be food around here somewhere. 」
「 It was at that moment that the boy began to feel cautious again. He remembered a bit of the incident at the skating pond, and slowly started to fear he had indeed been kidnapped. To what end?! He glared about the dark room, and inched his way quietly to the wall. Feeling is way along the surface of the stone until his hands met the wooden frame of the door, he had begun to formulate a strategy in his head. As he readied himself to open the heavy barrier however, the sage began to wonder why a kidnapper would leave him with a weapon. He still had his Elwind tome, and his head had been treated. Best not to make any assumptions until I have learned more about my predicament... 」
「 Slowly pushing the thick wooden door open, the boy was hit with a blast of warmth, and squinted at the lights of the outer room. As his eyes began to adjust to the light, he took in the familiar features of the Fefga house and sighed. Of course, this explains a lot. Now to the kitchen. With that, the sage bustled along the edges of the main room, hurrying to scrounge up a bit of sustenance. 」
「 +I'll be back later, folks. Got some stuff to do.+ 」 ¡`It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas! `Soon the bells will start. `And the thing that will make them ring is the carol that you sing. ¡`Right within your heart.`¡

"I hope so or it will be a bloody war he will pay." Isadora commented. As much as she wanted to stop that newcomer, she couldn't help but wonder. Why kidnapped Nino and locked himself and Nino up in the castle? She suddenly remembered him shouting about his kingdom. Maybe Victoria was right. Maybe he was the past king that had disappeared. But why could he not see that time has changed?
Placing that thought aside, Isadora spoke as she headed upstairs."If you excuse me, I think a hot bath would help warm me up."
