Shadow kept her head down as she was on the train. Her forest green cloak was drawn up over her head, hanging in her soft amber eyes as she was jostled around on the train. People next to her talked excitedly about work, relatives, and other matters that didn't concern her, but she just kept her head down and waited.
The screech of the brakes are heard, and Shadow throws one arm up to brace herself as the train shrieks to a stop. She would find a new home here, at least temporarily, she was always leaving for new places when the old ones got boring. Stepping off the train and into the station, she heads up the stairs and towards the glow of daylight, heading towards the part of the city known as the underground, she hopes she can find the apartment complex she was looking for.
The landlord had already spoken to her, and she already had a room. Apartment number 281, she thought to herself. It was crowded by the sound of it, but she would survive, she always did. Though she was not used to city, she would make due. They needed medical staff, and that's where she came in.
Continuing on her journey, her foxen ears twitch in reaction to everything, and her tail swishes under her cloak. She aviods eye contact with most, but cannot help to look up at the more interesting of the commonfolk. After a while, it got boring, and she just continued on her way to her new home, head hung, voice silent

Feeling eyes upon her back, Shadow walks faster, out into the open from the backstreets she had wandered into in search of her house. She couldn't seem to find it, and noone seemed to be very friendly around her. Her head swam with confusion and fear, her eyes darting around nervously, the amber inside them a blur. She had to get out of here, she had to find someone who could send her somewhere more healthy

Upon days of aimless wandering Braiddan found himself at the entrance of the city of lament. He sighed and looked up at the very intimidating city surrounded by guntowers and the very imposing tower in the middle.He finally walked in and looked around the city feeling a bit scared from the very aura of the city. He shook his head and press on wishing he wasn't so obvious and the people of the town would quit staring at his black metallic arm or his bandaged right leg. His red eyes roamed around as he tried to find someone who didn't seem hostile.The only person he saw fitting that requirement was a woman who looked equally as scared as he was

Her heart racing, she continues down the road, head cast down so she could only see a few inches in front of her feet. It was enough. Making eye contact where she was found her being seen as dinner, or something worse. She wished only to get out of here, to go to a better place, but what about the apartment? Her amber eyes swam with confusion and she began to feel a bit dizzy.
A largescale clatter rises up behind her, and she gives a little whimper, turning to look and running at the same time, suddenly, she collides with something, and falls to the floor. Her heart speeds to dangerous speeds and she looks up, expecting to be doomed, but instead meets the friendly eyes of the man standing in front of her.. well.. in front and above, since she was now seated firmly on the pavement. "I.. I'm sorry.." she looks jittered and scared, and her hands shake. "I didn't mean to.."

Braiddan raised his eye brow as he wacthed the woman look around like a skiddish mouse 'Ok, scratch that more scared than I am' He said as he shook but suddenly saw her running before he could register it she collided right into him.
BRaiddan put his hand out in order to help her up. "No dont worry about it miss" he said responding to her apology.

She takes it cautiously, and allows him to lift her to her feet. Standing, she looks around, her beautiful eyes scared. "I.. I don't think you should go that way.." she points over her shoulder to where she had just been. "It's not nice.." her lips pull into a frown and she looks down. "Thank you for helping me up.. I really apprieciate it.."

Braiddan nodded as his red eyes explored the town not at all liking the total aura of the city. He let a shiver pass right through him he then looks back to her
"I know I think I'm about to leave here. I don't remember anything of this town course barly remembering my own name doesn't help matters"

Cocking her head to the side, she looks to him with concern, taking the hood of her dark green cloak off and revealing her amber eyes. "What do you mean?" Her eyes are curiuos, and beautiful, a deep swimming amber with honey colored swirls, and depth to them that was almost inconcievable.

Vega had in fact not make his stop at the same station he first boarded the train in. He was in a new area, looking around at this quiet area. Believing he would not be safe here, he placed his metal hat back on, covering his eyes from frontward sight. He took a step off the train, and began to roam.

He sighed and said "I just have no memory don't know why, all I can go by is what people tell me. I know I had a life beforehand because I keep on having a dream on how I lost my arm"

Vega continued to explore the city, covering his mouth with a muffler, and covered his head with his steel hat, so that none could see his eyes at first sight.

Frowning, she looks up to him, her face finally falling fully into the light. Her eyes search his with confusion, and a strange compassion that was odd for a girl who had just met him, but then again, Shadow had nver been normal. She smiles kindly to him, letting down her cloak. "I'm sorry.. if I could help... I really would.. I know you don't believe me, but it's true, I would.."
Looking down, she clears her throat only to raise her head again. "Where do you plan to go?... I had an apartment planned, but I really just don't want to go back there.. I don't think I could.." her eyes suddenly flood with sadness, and the chills return to her body

"Well I really don't know this region at all, I usually just wander around aimlessly before I find a town." He said as he sighed even with a friendly face right infront of him the town still scared him.

He continued to explore the city, keeping his identity low, although his odd appearance appealed to the sights of the people walking around. He began to walk faster, not wanting to catch any suspicious person's eye.
