What would You Do with it: i would use it in battles. and if i got the last form i would use it for healing to.
Why Should We give it to you: even thou i haven't used it before i would make good use of it.
What do You Know About it?: i know almost everything about byakugan.

Why Should We give it to you: Because, I plan to be active, and hope to better the experience of those who interact with me.
What do You Know About it?: The better question is what I don't know about it:
You use condensed light to attack, so its slower. Technically you can have 3 elements, because Light counts for the bloodline. You see what type of emotions and chakra types of the person/people, you are looking at. Your light doesnt blind you.

Jade ducked under the katana, sending it whistling through the air behind her. Her enemy was a shade of red. Frenzied, taijutsu user Jade jumped back creating some distance between her and her attacker; a cloud shinobi. Flashing through hand signs, Jade created 2 other clones made from light. Running in unison, they began to switch places, each time flashing light, as to hide the exact location of the real Jade. During one of the flashes, Jade created another clone and hide within the trees, behind the shinobi. The 3 light clones attacked the Shinobi, each attacking from a different side. The shinobi easily deflected the attacks, as Jade hoped. He landed a hit on one of the clones, creating a blinding flash. The shinobi yelped in surprise, covering is blinded eyes. The two remaining clones grabbed his arms and held him tight. The real Jade was paces behind him, finishing a string of hand signs. Without a word, a spear of light grew in her hand. Jade took two running steps, and whipped the spear towards the man. The cries of the man suddenly ended. His head drooped a bit, and he fell to his knees. The light spear protruded from his chest, causing blood to pour out. Jade ended the jutsu, letting the cloud nin fall. She brushed a strand of hair out of her eyes and observed her surroundings. The ground was strewn with many bodies, both of the Cloud village and her own clan, the Akari's. She closed her eyes, and allowed tears to flow from them. Jade sat on the ground, pulling her knees close to her chest. Was she truly the last of the Akari clan?

Bloodline you want: Devil Bringer
Why You Want Bloodline: The genkai provides opportunities for offense or denfense, depending on the user's intent. It could fit virtually any situation.
Have You Had it Before: No, this is my first time seeing it, outside of the source material.
What would You Do with it: I would use the genkai to uphold the Mist Village, and fight efficiently.
Why Should We give it to you: Because I'm an active Rper, and have been for over five years; at least two of which were spent in Naruto RPs, one guild of which I'm both crew and Mizukage in.
What do You Know About it?: It functions almost exactly like Nero's arm in Devil May Cry, with the added effects of awesome looking blue flames, fire absorbation((at a cost)) and being used as a medium for all fire jutsu.

Charon laughed to himself, as his opponent rushed forward. He smiled slightly, before punching his right hand in the direction of the ground. The Devil Bringer burst into life around and past his hand, propelling him skyward and over his opponent as the monstrous blue fist smashed into the ground. Char flipped calmly, landing in a crouch behind his opponent. Five blue fireballs he had fired when in mid air rocketed downward, before spinning in a tight circle around his foe.
"La Vida Mano."
Blue flames burst into life around the Devil Bringer, as he laughed darkly.
"La Vida Ilama Ponche."
With a low growl, Charon smashed the flaming fist into his opponent's chest, shattring several ribs as the sheer force of the blow sent them flying skyward. Still smiling, he snapped his fingers.
"La Vita Cinque Dita Di Fiamma."
The fireballs which circled his foe exploded, reducing them to a heavily charred corpse, which fell roughly to the ground behind the warrior. He snapped his fingers again, for effect this time, before extinguishing the flames on his arm, turning on his heel, and cooly walking away.

Why you want Bloodline: Because before my old RPC got obliterated by Ty, I never got to use it.
Have you had it before: Yes, I have... I made the bloodline
What would you do with it: Use it to it's full potential.
Why should we give it to you: Becuase Ty didnt have a problem with me having it before.
What do you know about it: I made the freaking bloodline, I know everything.
RP with bloodline:
Cory walked into the alleyway and was ambushed by 3 chuunins.
one of the shinobi cam up behind him and kicked him down, while the others kicked him again and again.
"STOP IT!" Cory screamed as his first wing materialized on his back.
"get away from me!" he yelled again as a pulse of chakra radiated from his wing, making the shinobi 5 years younger.
He got up and picked each of the Chuunin's up and hucked them to the ground then walked away.

What do You Know About it?:That it is known as The Eyes of the Six paths. It is said to be the creation of all ninjutsu. It appears when the world is in a major crisis. It could be used as a tool to help the world or obliterate it.
Give Example of Rp with bloodline:He walked through the Mist Village. He was really dizzy... as though some kind of A ranked genjutsu was casted... Cero wandered outside of the village... then 5 rogues appeared around him. "Hey, look at the gennin we found. Lets kill him for fun" one of the rogues said. They attacked and everything went dark. Cero woke up, the rogues bodies were completely ravaged and he looked into a puddle of water. His eyes were different, they were rippled. The Rinnegan had appeared in him.
