Ahlysaaria was orphaned at a young age. This prompted her to learn to fend for herself. Larceny wasn't quite her thing, surprisingly. She tried to become a mercenary, but she would wander from her tasks too often to seek more exciting adventures. With an intense feeling for music, she figured she could play music and tell stories of her adventures. This, she found was quite profitable. Until the day she was accused of stealing a precious gem from on of the local Lords of the city. Whether she had stolen the gem or not (Naturally she did, but she will not admit that) was completely irrelevant. The local guards were hearing none of her story and arrested her on the spot.

It cannot have a Level Adjustment of more than +1 and even so, you have to adjust your class level accordingly (Race (1) + Class (3) = 4)
I would have liked a Half Dragon too.
