At first I watched the show/read the manga because I thought it had an interesting concept,but then when L entered the picture he became the only reason I ever watched it!I haven't finished the series yet,but I'm almost to episode 25......oh noes.
And when he dies,I don't think I'd have that much interest in the show from then on,but I might stay for Mello....and then when he dies(Yes I got spoilers......on accident though!Curse those internet trolls....),I don't know if I'll watch it any more.I dunno,maybe I might just to see Light die. twisted Light sucks cow nipples.

those are my 2 favorite characters...But I do have to say when L * spoiler * died I did kinda stopped watching it for sometime T.T
And if he wasn't in Death note at all, I dunno...he's essential !!

Matt, Mello, or *looks down in almost shame* Light...
but, come on, ya gotta admit that the coolest characters are the main onesMatt and Mello are hot, but i guess i find something thrilling about a character that could kill you if he wanted to and probably not get caught, which is why i also like Beyond (go team L.A.!!)

B.B because hes like a demented version of L.but i dont think i would have read as much of the series as i have if it wasnt for L he made the series interesting and worth reading
