She nodded "Yeah... we have a lot of siblings.." She glanced at him "He settled down finally with one woman. They had kids but... at least no more mystery siblings should be showing up.." She shrugged "Its not like he did much after conception anyway.."

Liliai sighed and nodded "Yeah he did. But at least by the time he got to you it was pretty clear he would leave. I think my mom had an idea but.. at the beginning it hurt to watch him go on to all those new women and kids." She glanced up "Now I'm glad he's not around though. Him staying would have just made everyone miserable."

She blinked, wanting to hug him but unsure if she should "I'm sorry about that... seems he got worse after us. I had mom and Papa after at least." She frowned "He should have been around for all of us more when we were little. Maybe you didn't need him.. but he still should have been there. Just to show he cared.. or could take responsibility..." She sighed and kicked the ground... no matter what she had a feeling all of her siblings had varied issues over Meridian's actions. Even the few that lived with him.

Dracul snorted and stated flatly, "It doesn't matter what he should have done, he just didn't care." He left me with her... Dracul winced as he felt again the burning in his veins. Left me for dead.
Oh, and the angsty little dragon aims low, let's see how bright and bubbly will respond...

"Thats true. Do you want him to? Would you change anything if you could?" She was trying to gage how he felt about his mother before she said anything about her. Right now she was afraid to even hint at her.

"No you can't.. I just wondered how you felt about it and the repercussions his actions or rather non-actions had on your life." She frowned she didn't blame him for being angry... though she still worried about all that time with Sangula. Plus... this didn't seem like a short cut. She sighed and glanced back at Allie.. wishing she would just... walk slower and go back the way they came. Just in case.

"I can't think about that," he said quietly. He couldn't dare to hope that a better life could have existed for him, he'd go mad. Instead he had to deal with what was, and right now he had to deliver at least one of these dragons to Sangula. But this girl...she seemed so different then the others he met - she seemed to care...
Allie gave Liliai a small frown, her eyes asking if eyerything was alright.

"Why not? I know a lot of us have had those thoughts. Almost all of use are dissatisfied with Dad's... non action." She gave him a puzzled look while motioning for Allie to stay back or leave. She had a bad feeling about this and whatever Dracul was doing it was more her responsibility to deal with that the other dragons

Allie just snorted. Like she was about to leave this girl on her own with little mister emo dragon who was hiding something...It was going to take a lot more than a look to get rid of her.
"Well, well, well, what have we here?" A silky voice seemed to laugh from the shadows that surrounded them. Sangula herself stepped from the shadows. "What a yummy midnight snack..."
Dracul's muscles tensed. No! She shouldn't be here!

Liliai tensed but didn't look surprised and glanced at Allie "I really wish you would have left..." Before turning her attention back to Sangula.. great... now how to actually survive this?

"And miss all the fun..." Allie muttered narrowing her eyes on the vampire who separated her from her young friend.
"Deal with the girl," Sangula barked the order at Dracul before diving after the blue dragon. "This one is mine!"
"Oh crap..." Allie leaped out of the way then ran, needing to put just a little distance between herself and the vamp before she could make use of her ice.
Dracul's gaze fell on Liliai, prepared for anything.
