There are several ways you can go for this event, eventually I would like to get everyone infected. Might sound like something you would want to avoid and your characters will want to avoid it obviously, but OOC wise I think you guys will be happier at the end of the event if you are infected sometime before the War Boss. (we are still a long ways away from that)
You can try to get into the Resistance if you like, an alternative is to try and gain access to the Hospital. each location can host missions that will only be offered to those you have gain access to that specific location.
It will be possible to gain access to both locations. I will try to provide as many opportunities as possible for everyone to earn access, and our Resistance Coordinator is watching everything that happens during the missions, if he sees someone taking actions that he determines are resistance worthy they will receive and invite to join. so far... mission 1 didn't go so well so no one was invited.
