Do you think they would hate us any less if they lost only their power? We would still be a threat to them.

'Hate us...' Goosie repeated uncertainly. It didn't sound right. They'd shown her love, and saved her life. Bristan had loved her. 'But what if they don't hate us? I-I mean not personally? I know it's...not easy being around them but um, I learned to be close to Bristan and the others, so...I-I dunno.' Her mind was telling her two stories. She knew they cared, but it wasn't fun to be around them. Still, no one had treated her all that differently for having DRK. They couldn't want her dead...she certainly didn't want them dead. 'The only one that treats me bad is MK.'

I can't speak for private motives... but you surely feel the repulsion. They work from the top down... Strongest first, then the weaker have nobody to go to. My power was removed... Cruix was killed... who do you think is next?

Goosie felt the creeping feeling of paranoia, staring fixedly at the ground. There weren't many of them left...but Zack was stronger. 'Zack is next.' She concluded, then realized '--But, he deserves to be taken down, DRK or not! I-it's got nothing to do with what NRGY he has...'
