how do you translate in your language the concept (not just the sentence) "off the wall"?
IN ITALIAN (just one way to say it... there are many)
"He's off the wall"... that concept would be: E' fuori come un balcone (he's out like a balcony)

screamer77 how do you translate in your language the concept (not just the sentence) "off the wall"? Hmm. "Ihan pihalla" springs to mind. Roughly translated, it means "all the way out in the yard".
