I am trying to kick the stuff but I feel like stewie when he has to stop drinking breast milk. I've gone from drinking 3 to 4 glasses and cereal w/ milk a day to nothing!!!
Plus soy milk is soooo expensive crying

Exercise -- Bkfst -- 2 slices of toast and scrambled eggs. (360 cals) Lunch -- 2 slices of toast (130 cals) 1 zucchini and a squash (? 100 or 200?) dinner -- chicken taco soup (300 cals) strawberry cheesecake blizzard.... I know bad bad bad. This is my daily counter which will fluctuate like the tide:

Dairy milk is a) subsidized, so you're not seeing the true cost, and b) not good for you. Expensive is a misnomer.

ok in a way to cut down on my milk addiction I've made a huge pitcher of my favourite kind of tea. Soooo instead of going for that wonderful milk, i'll vear left and grab the equally wonderful tea ^_^
god i hope it works, lol
You know how i was joking the other day about how i hope i didn't get withdrawals? I was literally bargaining with myself over milk. FREAKIN MILK! lol oh well at least i didn't give in.

dinner -- taco soup that i had yesterday (200-300 cals)
brownie (150 cals)

oh happy days. So I went and got a scientific scale. My other one just kept moving all over the place even if i stepped on it again right after i stepped off. 192.8 is my weigh in for the week!!! 5.2 lbs lost~! Exercise -- went to the gym! 15 minute warm up, weight lifting, then a 15 minute warm down. Bkfst -- none Lunch --bagel w/ cheddar cheese, chicken, and raspberry chipolte sauce. dinner -- This is my daily counter which will fluctuate like the tide:

This week's weigh in :
Bust: 37" waist: 32" hips above butt: 39" Hips including butt: 41" upper arms: 11 1/2" thigh: 24" calf: 15 1/2"
so I went down in all areas except my calfs which went up an inch? weird.

In regard to your calf muscles going up, my calf muscles are almost always tight and hard which means they're not as thin as they should be because the muscles are cramped up.
Also, building muscle perhaps?

I'm baaa~aaack!
Just about near cried when i stepped on the scale and saw i'd gained 4lbs over the week. grrr.
I was gonna go to the gym today, but no gas in my car.
so a little ddr.
I'm going to weigh in tomorrow for the official ness, ness.
maybe try and go to the gym later today.

alright, glad i waited today to weigh in. I've gained 0.2 of a lb. lol I weigh 193.0 and last week i weighed 192.8I have to say, for thanksgiving week and with no exercise the whole week that's pretty damn good. ^_^ 3rd measurement:Bust: 36 7/8"waist: 31 1/2" hips above butt: 38 1/2" Hips including butt: 40 7/8" upper arms: 11 7/8" thigh: 23 3/8" calf: 15 1/4"
