My grr today is going into tomorrow morning- karate included 20 sit-ups as part of warm-up. I'll be hurting tomorrow. >_<;

I'm a bit worried that from the stair-stepping, my right knee feels weird. It's hard to describe the feeling.

a dull or sharp pain? (we are learning assessment in my nursing classes, so i love to ask smile )

it could be that you have damaged a ligament that connects muscle to that joint, sometimes it just gets damaged from overwork. if it isn't too horrible of a pain, but makes things uncomfortable to workout you could consider a neopren knee brace. its just a soft material that will provide some support for that knee.

Aeren: I had that, once. It was in judo- I was being thrown by my partner, and we lost balance. I fell on my knee, and she fell on me. >_<;; I apparently stretched a ligament, or something of the like. Whatever the details, it took months before it stopped being weird completely.

Grippy: Be careful with the old knees- injuries there take lots of time to heal. ^^; Perhaps you could concentrate on upper body for a little while?

I've been on my diet for eight days and I've cheated on it each day. Tomorrow I have to go to my boyfriend's Grandfather's birthday where there will be cake. scream

lady~ don't cheat yourself. allow yourself a smaller slice of cake or something. "cheating" on a diet is relative. remember to allow yourself some luxuries or you will fall away from your diet in frustration.

i allowed myself to eat a brownie today. all the other eating was quite healthy, so im not too upset, but it still could go in the grr column.
