He'd gone to say something, but on second thought, it didn't need to be said. She'd thanked him, and that was enough for him. It was just a little something to keep him going.
However, he did hear the slight rumble of his tummy growling. He needed to eat something, preferrably something freshly cooked, but he didn't have that luxury by the looks of things. Licking his lips, he felt his mouth become moist as he envisioned a steak set before him, nice and rare. Perhaps with some vegetables as well, mashed patatoes and the like.
-Drool-
Damn he was hungry. Where the hell were they going to find food? It wasn't as if the lab had a pantry he'd ransacked. At the very best he'd grabbed a few semi-edible canned goods whilst fumbling around in the dark. He'd have to pull over in a few minutes and check, as well as take a look at the tires.

She heard his plea for food. It worried her. Too bad she still hadn't had her bike with her, she had numerous amounts of rations in it.
"We can stop anytime if you wish. I'd actually want to try and walk a bit, to ensure if I can walk."
The cut was deep on her thigh. Hopefully it hadn't damaged her so much to prevent movement.

Morrigan would have stopped using Kobei's bike earlier than expected.
She had left the thing back on the highroad, as it ran out of fuel. She would continue her journey on foot. To make sure noone thought of her as akward, she roughed up the patch of skin that had shown through the missing leather.
She also decided to slam the helmet around to rough it up, as if she had gotten into an accident. Same with the clothing she wore.
Everything was tight on her, as Kobei's body was much slimmer in form. Especially the shoes. It was uncomftorable.
Morrigan was much past the point of her abandoning the bike, and she was still, much far ahead of the car. In fact, she was making her way into BC ground right about now. Running was a such a simple thing, especially when you had the pain tolerance of an Stick. Nothing hurt her, whatsoever, so in return, more running wouldn't bother much.

"Alright. In a bit." He said. Still driving, still hungry, still wondering how he might feed the two of them. He'd once seen a commercial where some college-lookin kids had cooked macaroni on their radiator. KB didn't know if cooking on the heat of a car engine was possible, nor did he realise why he thought the kids to be young brats.
He'd yet to look himself over, it didn't seem important. After all, looking in a mirror had never revealed anything to him before, why would today be any different. Indeed, mirrors were just a thing KB rarely looked at.
"What's this?" He asked quizzically, regarding the shape ahead of him. Looked like it might be some sort of bike, but it was pretty far off to tell. In any case, it was at least a break from the rest of the scenary. Pulling the car off to the side, he let the engine come to a stop, as well as the vehicle itself. Once turned off, KB turned to Kobei. "There's something up the road. Whattasay we go check it out? Give us a chance to work our legs. " He suggested, as he pushed open his door and stepped out. A quick motion had the driver's seat leaned forward enough that Kobei would be able to squeeze out of the car.

Kobei would scoot backward, so she could poke her legs out of the car. Once she had this accomplished, she started to scoot forward, and out of the vehicle.
"Ow..." She complained, as her thigh rubbed up against a tough part of the seat.
Once she could get most of her body out, she reached up and outward for KB to help her. It was hard to stand.
Once she had gotten her footing, she stepped outward, and around a few feet. It seemed not alot was damaged, she could walk.
However, she would limp due to pain.
"Guide me. I can't see anything..." sadly, it was the truth. But in time, there was a way around her disability.

KB had of course helped her out of the car, happy to be assisting. He didn't quite know whether or not Kobei wanted to do all the walking alone or not, and so he'd wrap his arm around her gently, letting his hand come to rest on her far shoulder. It wouldn't quite be the kind of carrying for wounder, nor holding her around the waist for her to lean on him. It was simply as she asked, guiding.
Taking steps forward, he went at whatever pace was comfortable for her. Obviously with her limp, he had to take it slow and be sure not to bump into her. "This way." He said, as he started to lead her towards the bike. It wouldn't be too far for the pair of them.
When they did get around to reaching it, KB would guide Kobei's hands over it, letting her 'see' it for herself. KB wasn't exactly a thief, nor was he one for touching other peoples rides, but desperate times called for desperate measures.

Kobei grazed against him, only to be brought to the bike soon after.
The body was cold. It hadn't been in use for a while. Possibly a day. Funny how she convieniently choose not to fill the tank with spare gas until she got back out of the crypt.
The foolish woman didn't even decide to check for anything. She ditched it, and found another way of transportation. Sad.
The bike itself was still intact. Nothing had happened to it, really. A smear of mud was all that could be seen, as Morrigan decided to kick the bloody thing once it ran out of gas. Thing is, she didn't know the thing had extra fuel contained in the leather bag on the underside of the bike. Since it was turned over, the bike would have to be lifted in order to get at the fuel.
On the side closest to them, another leather bag would be. It carried dried fish jerky, more of the fruitful smelling concentrate, and the biscuits. If they were lucky, Morrigan didn't decide to take the raw deer that Kobei had sliced up a day or so before she discovered the crypt.
Kobei felt around for the buckles in which to remove the bags from the bike. KB would have to lift the bike in order to get the other bag out, containing the gas can.
Now that they had something to fill thier stomachs, they could either take the bike, or the car. Or, try and find a way to take both with.

Taking both the car and the bike rattled KB's mind to shambles. It just couldn't be done, it wasn't plausible. at least, it wasn't to him. His mind was after all quite narrowed, seeing as he was restricted to a pre-determined range of intelligence. Wasn't stupid, wasn't a genius, simply was a man.
Regardless, he'd help Kobei with the buckles only to take a peak at what lay in the satchels. A brief exploration of it's contents revealed something that hit him like a brick, food. It smelled so damned good, even though it barely had much of a scent. Perhaps it was a sixth sense, that KB had run across something edible. "Well, we have food at least." He said, unaware of the spare gas beneath the bike. The bit of mud didn't bother him, though he was a bit suprised at how readily Kobei dove into the bike's contents.
He hadn't figured it to be the vehicle she drove in on, after all, it was facing the wrong way. Of course, there was a chance that the person who'd attacked her had ditched the bike there, but KB doubted that someone who went through so much effort to keep Kobei hidden would leave such obvious tracks.

Kobei would tap at his hand, and point to the rest of the bike.
"Help me lift. There is more to this than it seems."
She was questioning why Morrigan didn't look for the fuel. It's almost as if she wanted to go in, unnoticed. Akward.
Kobei tossed the bag gentley over to the right of the bike, as she then proceeded to try and lift it up. She was weak, but it gave way a little to her weakened strength.
The crinkling of metal could be heard underneath. Kind-of what you hear when you squeeze a soda-can when it's empty.

"Uhh.. Ok?" KB was confused. Lift, a simple enough command really. Reaching down, KB took hold of the bike as best he could and lifted. Though, with all that lift from one side of the precariously placed bike...
KB wasn't superman, and so he hadn't lifted the bike off the ground. He would however, from his grip beneath, easily succeed in toppling it over onto it's side. Letting the bike flop over like a fish...
And roll down into the ditch that was on the side of the road. The clatter of the bike tumbling down a couple of feet ringing through the country side. It could be uprighted and used, but for the moment KB was holding simple air as he looked down at the bike that lay haphazardly tangled some few feet away.
"Oops."

"Oh my." she said, aware of the fact the bike had also left her hands.
It was convienient to say in the least, that unbuckling the bags before lifting the bike resulted in lack of exploding gasoline.
Kobei lowed herself back down, and felt around for the two bags she unbuckled.
One contained the gasoline, the tin can it was contained in, seemed to have dented a bit.
The other bag held medicinal supplies, as well as a liter of water. The tin the clean bandages were in, was crushed, hence the sound of metallic bending earlier.

It was a damned good thing he and Kobei weren't in an action movie, for had they been, even empty the gas tank would've burst into flame from the lazy 3ft roll downwards. After all, vehicles blew up all the time for no reason at all, or so the public was commonly lead to believe through the media.
"So about that jerky." KB started, trying to avoid the conversation. Though, he was a bit one-track minded at the moment. Sex, food, and explosions - his thoughts had come to him in that precise order.
Standing on the side of the road with a mutilated girl, some dry food, and an over-turned bike, KB started to realise just what it as to be human...
It sucked.

Kobei would have picked up the two bags of abiotic material, leaving KB with the ration bag to carry. Afterall, he needed the free hand in which to guide her back to the car.
"Go ahead, but leave some for me." She smiled again, her head hung loosely as she tried to stand. The bike was harmless, unless you decided to set it aflame. That would not provide useful, unless you wanted to grab attention.

Setting the bike on fire had yet to cross KB's mind, but god forbid it ever did. Though he was human now and a lot less insane than before, he still had poor impulse control. Perhaps that was why he'd hopped out of his car and walked along just to poke at a bike on the side of the road, when the driver could simply be a biker taking a leak who was about to come bust out a 9 and cap their asses. Or some crazy wigger-biker thought similar to that crossed his mind.
"Sweeeeet." He answered, his use of the word drawn out and a bit immature. Though KB looked as though he was nearing his thirties quickly, he didn't quite act it.
Taking one of the bags, he slung it over his shoulders and held it by the straps. His hand then moved quickly to snatch another bag from Kobei, haphazardly carrying the two by their straps as the second idly bounced against his side. This left his one arm free to guide Kobei back to the car, whilst conviently leaving her only one bag to carry. It was the least he could do, though still not nearly as chivalric as he'd like.
Upon reaching the care once more, KB would let the bags come to rest atop the flat warm hood. There, things would be easy to open up and spread out, as well as give Kobei plenty of blind groping room with which to do whatever she wanted.

Upon reaching the car, Kobei would have to lean up against it. Her leg was draining her.
The bags were set down on the hood, and she started to open the one with Medicinal supplies. KB could have his share at opening the one containing food.
As Kobei started to open the bag, she felt aroud for her extra faceplate. Missing. Damn.
She proceded to take out the smashed tin containing the un-damaged bandages, as well as a few butterfly stitches, and cloth tape. She set those aside, for her to use later. She pulled the water out as well, handing it to KB.
"Mix this partially with the concentrate inside your bag. Leave at least some water left for cleaning purposes." She was direct with her speaking. Alot was on her mind. Especially why Morrigan would want to enter the BC grounds silently. It bothered her.
