Ooh fun fun. Can't wait to see any new ideas for RP's. I dropped out of HS too. I hated that place with a passion and I think both my junior and senior year combined I showed up less than 10 days they finnally let me drop when I turned 18. I would have left sooner but my mom refused to go in and sign the form so instead I went to college and worked during the school day.

-:here we go:- I dropped out this past week after talking my mother into it. Well, no, I'm in TX, the law says I have to go till I'm 18 or until my parent/guardian pulls me out. She thought I was lying. They fine you if you don't go here, but I've missed 16 days in the past, idk, three weeks? Then finally gone. I'll be getting my GED, going into Army (Reserves), and working on a degree, probably online so I can work and start living on my own. I just created From The Top, its open, I guess that's [O]? It should be, because there's a little [ABBREVIATION] for the rest of concerns people might have. I'll pull up Cliche, maybe, if I can find it somewhere in the depths of my computer. =D
stare I'm glad someone understands the want to leave. All my friends think I'm making the biggest mistake in my life.-:for the b r e a k d o w n:-

Ya its that way here except I couldn't talk my mother into it she was determined to finish I was determined to leave. The GED is super easy. I took it last June and without studying at all still did above average. The GED wasn't a mistake. It was the best thing I could have done for me. It let me into college sooner, gave me more time and less drama. It's worth the same as the Diploma. Wow. It seems like a lot of people in this thread are Army bound. NATA just got home. Kashi is heading out to the Navy (I think).
-investigates new RP-
Considering I'm the new Vice it's a bit sad but I don't know all the Abbreviations. XD

-:here we go:- Yea, that's what I'm thinking. I'm amazingly smart, I know that, so the GED is the best thing for me, I'll be able to just... GO. I don't have to stay in school correcting the teachers, proving to them that I'm smart, I already know I'm smart. And why try to succeed their way, with their standards when I can set my own goals and measurements to measure success by? If you think about it, Success is rated by other people. You have to be better than them, have more money. Like my mother, she says she wants me to have a better life than her. Well, I don't want a better life, I want a life to live and I'll live it. She lived hers and if she thinks it was crap, then that's her thing. I'm living life with a constant euphoria- a euphoria that is caused by the wind blowing, the sky being existent, rolling in grass and loving earth. Oh, and listening to the Beatles. As long as people are LIVING I won't judge them. But when they let themselves hold themselves back, that's when I get upset. And right now I'm not holding myself back, and I'm living to the fullest.
I have a thing for memorizing small things like that. There is no abbreviation for Open though, but there is no [O]... so I think there should be. I'll use it for my own roleplays, hopefully people will just know what I'm talking about and be done with it. Lol, I'm too lazy to type out the full OPEN, that and I hate big flashy titles with tons of caps that aren't.. idk, for a bigger purpose.-:for the b r e a k d o w n:-

I only have three more months to go so I really don't think there's any point in me dropping out at this point. Especially since I have the tenth highest GPA in my class of 300+ students. And I can get college credits practically for free if I finish my two AP classes which will save me time when I start going to college.
I'm one for pushing through stuff like school. I've always hated stopping right in the middle of things, part of my OCD I guess. Certain things, yes I feel like giving up on. But I've never considered dropping out as an option. School isn't difficult for me and I'm sure there's better things I could do with my time, but I'm just too lazy to think of them. Besides, I'm still learning things. I'm taking numerous computer classes this year that are helping me with my (hopefully) future careers as well as my psychology class that teaches me random, probably useless information. But I like it. So I'm taking it. But where I live, you have to go to school until you're 16. Then you can dropout after that.
BUT I don't look down on either of you for dropping out. That's just my personal feel for myself, not others. If you want to drop out and you have a good plan for your life afterwords, thumbs up to you. I couldn't plan my life that well. I'm not much of a planner, after all. I didn't know what college I wanted to go to until a few months ago. And now I might not be able to go because I don't have enough money. But we'll see. I'm not going to worry about it until the time comes.

-:here we go:- You, Shadow, remind me of my cousin. She graduated with honors last year, and got many of her college credits out of the way. She found out about my secret party life and was like "ZOMG PIXIE!!!!" I was like ";>_> OMG LOOK AT THE TIME GOTTA GO BYE!"
But I was trying so hard to make it through school, I would have had 3 months left but I found out my teachers wanted me to stay in another year. Me = "Not gunna work out, I'm gunna be done with this by summer of 09."
Idk what college I want, I really crave out of state colleges. But I think I'll go to where ever I can get in. I respect people who manage to tough things out, I just.. bah, I'm too spontaneous and my school doesn't have enough windows. I walk in and go to class and I'm like OMG NEED AIR! AIIIR!!!

Haha, everyone says that, but I've never felt the longing for outside. People are like 'when the sun finally starts coming out and the snow melts, I never want to go to school. I just want to g outside!' I'm like 'really? I don't really care.'
Then again, I stay inside all the time anyway, so it doesn't really matter. Except I like taking my dogs for walks every now and then and I haven't been able to do that in forever because it's so darn cold DX

-:here we go:- I'm bisexual, leaning more towards the femme side of things. But really, I love people, not bodies. Yea, he and I both speak French, and he's teaching me Sign Language. I know how to say "I saw a rabbit" and a few cuss words. Usually Chris will sign it slowly and I'll pick up on it.-:for the b r e a k d o w n:-

There are like...no homos where I live. At least none that I know of. Well, a few...one of them stopped contacting me after he graduated, though. I think he was the only one I was friends with.
Anyway...I'm trying to teach myself Russian. It's...difficult since they have a different alphabet than us. I can say a few things though. Like 'hello', 'bye', 'sorry', and stuff like that. But they just have to make the most simple words really long.....Hello in Russian is pronounced (with English letters) Zdrastvoyte. And goodbye is Da Sveedaneeya. >>

That's a good way of thinking.
Really? Theres lots where I am. I just went outside one day and half the people I knew where jumping ship to the other side. It was like oookkk. They were fun though. That's what counts.
Russian is scary. I looked it up, it's supposed to be one of the most difficult languages to learn.
In sign, I can do my name, the alphabet, and the kids song Jesus loves me. XD
I want to learn french eventually. It's on my to do list since I can't seem to pick up Spanish to save my life.

Yeah, it's...not easy so far, but I haven't even gotten much past the alphabet. I still don't remember what some of the letters sound like nor do I know their names.
I didn't pick up Spanish much either. I took it for two years as a graduation requirement and not anymore. I didn't like it much. I probably won't need it anyway. Not like I'm going to need Russian but still.... My friend likes to speak random Spanish a lot, though and I don't understand half the things he says. Sometimes I do, though.
