Hey there, I'm AldreaOrcinae, but I'm known mostly by Drea. I co-own the official Bam Margera thread and the heartagram is plastered all over the front page, as well as a link to the official forum. I'd like to put a link to this guild here also if that's okay. I'll be sure not to interject too much Bam-fangirlness into my posts here.
It's a strange tale, how I became a fan. I admit, it was Bam Margera who got me listening to HIM. At first, I didn't dive right into their music because I'm not the kind of person who goes OMGWTFBBQ THAT'S AWESOME over something just because a celebrity likes it. I was looking up songs by Gregorian, and found their cover of Join Me with Sarah Brightman. Since she kind of massacred the song, I decided to download the original version. I fell in love with it. a**-end-over-ears in love with this song. The next one I heard was HIM's cover of Wicked Game by Chris Isaak when I was looking for the aforementioned original. I'm very picky about covers, but I loved this one as well. I saw the video and was impressed by the fact that HIM didn't pay much attention to conventional limits on the art that is a music video. Too many bands now are concerned with making TRL-friendly pieces, which Wicked Game was not. I admire them for that. So after scouring many stores for their music and then coming upon my boycott of the RIAA (which is way too long a story to discuss here), I downloaded everything I could find. I'm now supporting HIM by buying their merchandise, and I'm also getting tickets to their concert in my city in June. And by annoying the hell out of my friends by playing their songs and going "They're coming in June! Buy a ticket!"
My favorite song is Love's Requiem. The guitarwork on the bridge is simply intoxicating. I can crank up that song and forget everything that is weighing on my mind at the moment. I listen to it every day and I hope to get the band to play it at the concert I'm attending. I don't have a favorite album because I'm equally crazy about all of them. As far as favorite band member, I don't have one because they all have to be there to produce the sound they do, so picking one amongst them isn't really prudent.

My name is Zach I'm 14. I haven't been in to HIM for very long so i don't know many of there songs. My favorite song by them is either Join Me In Death or Wings of a Butterfly.

I am Karen, Ruler of a small dairy farming town in Waikato New Zealand.
The 5% of all the people I have met, whom I like usually just call me 'Sir' or Karen if that is what they prefer.

I first heard of HIM when I was 13, I had previously been listening to Finnish Metal such Charon, Finntroll, Nightwish, Twilightning and To/Die/For.. and a lot of other scandinavian metal bands. (which most people found odd for a 13 year old) I am now 17, and still love them.

Favorite member is definately Gas, totally love drummers.. he keeps awesome rythm <3, which is quite hard trust me... being an amatuer drummer myself.

Favorite songs are Burried Alive By Love and Wicked game.. I love all of their albums, although I am a bit eiffy about there new one.

They recently came to NZ for their 06' Tour, but I had spent what money I had on a ticket for a Swedish Prog Metal concert (Opeth!). So unfortunately I missed out. Fingers crossed, knock on wood that they come back to us.

I am quite an open person, and enjoy discussing almost anything. So don't be afraid to give me a PM if you wish to get to know me better.

The first albums I bought were 'Razorblade Romance', and 'And Love Said No'. Um, my favourite songs are: 'Beyond Redemption', 'Our Diabolikal Rapture', 'Your Sweet SixSixSix' (Original) and 'For You'. Um, my favourite album is 'Greatest Love Songs Volume 666' because I really like the lyrics on all of the songs on that album, and I also like the cover of Blue Oyster Cults 'The Reaper'. My name is Daniela and I haven't been a HIM fan for a very long time, only since the end of last year as a matter of fact. I am 17 years old and live in Australia. I love HIM songs and I love Ville Valo, not because I find him hot or whatever but because he has written such beautiful music that is so beautiful and uplifting ... well to me it is.

Gracie, 15 (16 in july), Northland New Zealand, Went to the HIM concert...got my mates into them. Like seriously my 3 mates that went with me, they were all "gangsta" 2 of them now listen to HIM and paint their nails black and wear eyeliner... all my doing!!!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!
I really really really like HIM, been listening them on & off for about 5 years. Ville is my fave, and the songs Bury me deep inside your heart, Your Sweet 666, and Razorblade Kiss.
