Jiro didn't seem all that bothered by their upcoming issues with the parentals. They had done something good so to him, it outweighed any punishment they might get. Eating easily, he polished the entire bowl clean. Angelus was nervous and worried over their parents and he truly shouldn't be. But then again, he knew his parents wouldn't strangle him for misbehaving. Taking a sip of his green tea, he wondered again what had possessed him to save Angelus' neck... oh well, best not to think about it. What's done is done.

All they could do now was wait for the parents to come back. The only thing that made him tired was that his neck was killing him, which meant he would get a headache. And he heaved a sigh as he rested his forehead against the table and shut his eyes. Seriously needed to work on getting his neck strength up to par...

"Indeed they do, but at least they have a good reason for misbehaving.. in the end anyway." The other kids were saying they had a lot of fun and they wanted to come again sometime soon. Looking around to make sure that no one else was around, Akiya opened the portal to get them all home again. The kids rushed into it first before the adults. "Let's go see why they decided to do something that dangerous..."

Feeling Angelus' eyes on him, he lifted his head a bit and glanced over at him. What was he looking at him like that for? It was annoying, that look. It wasn't like he had done anything anyway. Noticing how he was rubbng his neck, he figured he was having a neck spasm or something and returned to relaxing his own neck. Maybe he should put ice on it before he went to bed. That always helped.

"They should be here by now... they're taking forever..."

"Well, whatever it is, we'll be finding out about it soon enough. I'm sure they found something they simply couldn't ignore. As always." Snickering, he guided her into the portal so he could close it up. "Not much we can do now except cleanup their mess.. if there's one to clean up at all."

Jiro had been figuring out their transfusion all on his own. Mainly because he hated being in the dark and waiting for the parentals to tell him was taking too damn long. So he looked it up in some of Akiya's old medical books. It was a tricky thing, blood transfusion. Especially for such things between outside races. Anything could happen, especially being what the two Tales were. The last thing JIro really wanted was for anyone else to be affected with what he was stuck with. To him, it didn't make sense. "They're probably debating what to do about us..." If he was in trouble.. it was those nasty movies with dancing and singing animals.

"Well, let's hope that there's no mess to clean up." Akiya was amused as he watched Sah herd the other kids back to the house. "personally, I'm surprised no one's dead or bleeding. As long as there's no loss of life, I'm not terribly worried... nor do I actually really care. You gotta admit, it's rare for them to be quiet for any length of time."

"It's best to leave that thought alone. For your own safety." His eyes shifted over to watch him carefully, feeling his annoyance hit an all time high. Normally, he had his sheilds up mentally, because he had been taught that protecting ones thoughts was always an important thing to do. But with the transfusion, Angelus just bypasses it so easily. It bugged him like nothing else. But he knew it wasn't like Angelus was trying to read his mind, it just happened. Hearing the sounds of the others returning home, he pushed himself up and off his chair. "Show time."

Chuckling warmly, he nodded. "True so true." feeling better as they set foot on their home, as he always did, he rubbed the back of his neck and gave a tired nod. "It's not like we get a choice, neh? We have to even if we didn't even want to. Let's just try to keep this as short as possible."

If this transfusion continued while they were grown.. or got stronger, he was going to scream. Though he did realize that term was used by females or something, he couldn't care less. He knew Angelus thought it was just as strange as well and wondered if it would affect him for better or worse. He hoped, if nothing else, it wasn't as invasive as this... or maybe. A sudden thought came to him. One he had been trying avoid thinking but it slammed against his skull anyway. What if they were supposed to practice with it? Like train themselves on how to use their.. shared abilities or something. Maybe there was a good point to it instead of the obvious annoying one? He'd have to think about that later. Instead of being the type to wait for them to come to him, he went to them. Made it a lot easier on him.. by his way of thinking. "Come on. Let's just get it over with."

Smiling, he ruffled up her hair.. because he could, of course!.... he opened the door and let her enter first, not terribly surprised to see Jiro already there waiting for them. "Ah, looks like it'll be made a bit easier."

At first, Jiro didn't look like he was going to say much of anything. His hands were shoved into the sleeves of his outfit and his face was straight, without any emotions at all. But he decided that it really wouldn't hurt anything to just tell them what happened. It wouldn't change the fact that the tiger cub was in their home now and wasn't about to be sent back to the human world for any reason. Least, that's how his mind was working it out. There was no point in it getting sent back... not where it would be mistreated again. "We got bored." He might as well started off with that first and foremost. "So we decided to see where they kept the animals.. or how they fed them.. one of them. So we wandered about and found the room where they kept the tigers..."

"Heh you'd have to reach me in order to give me a noogie!" Sticking his tongue at her playfully, he made sure he got serious as he faced the two kids. Listening to Jiro as he started to explain, he rubbed his chin for a moment. "You know better than to wander off like that..."

"Couldn't help it. It was way too interesting to just stay in one spot and not look around more...." Jiro just gave a little shrug before he continued when Akiya waved his hand. "Anyway, we were just looking at them when we saw this really tiny cub hidden under some covers... he didn't look really good... so we decided to bring him home so we can take care of him."

Jiro blinked at her for a moment before he frowned. He hadn't even thought about what might have happened if the humans had caught them. To him, the humans weren't so important and therefore, hadn't even been spared a thought. But even if they were different fromt hem, he was sure there wasn't much they could have done to him.. especially if he showed them how poorly they were treating their animals... Weren't there anima support groups in the human world? "Well... we weren't caught so I suppose there's no problem there, right?' He didn't mean to make them worry but he was that kind of cocky.

Sighing, Akiya shook his head and sighed. The cub was here and the kids were out safely. What else could he truly ask for? He didn't like them doing something so obviously dangerous, but... they did manage to return without getting caught by the humans. and the plight of the poor cub was something that bothered him as well, considering he was the type who loved those kinds of animals. So he guessed he would not punish Jiro like he thught he would have to... which definately bode well for the Tale. "Least you're safe... and the cub as well... there isn't much we can do now.. because I don't want to sent the cub back into such a dangerous place... what do you think, Silent?"
