Gabrielle_49 hey guys!! mind if i pop in? D would make a good stripper... but he would never do it. i think it would be hilarious if D got involved in any job except hunting supernatural creeps... and, besides, D is only all emo because of his lineage. if vampires didn't exist, then D wouldnt be a dhamphir. anyways, it would be hilarious if D was like, a private investigator or a cop of some kind... lolz No no do not stick that horrible term with D... emo... yeah and real vampires sparkle right? ******** twilight.... Yeah you saw that it doesnt even get a capital T. Ds just emotionally distant and socially inept. lol But very lovable because of that. A private investigator may work. A cop... not so much i dont think. Unless he can be the one on the horse. Him driving a car somehow seems scary and awkward. And im sorry D would beat chuck norris lol But would he win against Darth Vader? Or hmm.. what else could we throw in... i know D vs a kitten guess who wins?

i believe that D would probably be an assassin. he doesn't really like to stick with groups like the military and i could totally NOT see him serving fast food... that would be really scary.....

I'm not exactly sure what type of job he would be doing, but I agree with others that he would have loner job. Perhaps, he could be an accountant, just kidding.

Ok, let's keep D in the novels for a moment. Same frontier same creatures and monsters and freaky mutant people. Now if he ever did decide to take a break from hunting because maybe he grew tired what would he do with his spare time? Would he try being a fisherman like he was contemplating? He seemed to take an interest in the idea maybe because of the oddity of a Dhampir working around water. But for a little while I think he was picturing it as being an okay situation. At least he would be productive and fishing can be relaxing. If not a fisherman what would D do with his time away from hunting? Would he go back to an older Doris to help her maintain her ranch as a farm hand?
Maybe he would take up living in some remote cabin and live like a mountain man in retirement? You could find him on some old dirt rode at the side of some grassy hills putting down new fencing posts. In real life in some remote areas of eastern Europe, there were/are actual people who are said to be dhampir irl. And they were often times treated like the village shaman. Local villagers would hire them to help locate the resting place of a vampire in their graveyards because whenever disease would ravage a small village, it was often attributed as coming from a disease infested vampire. Anyhow these dhampirs lived like any other villager, but probably less social. Simple lives really.

PrinceVampD Belthizor I can envision D in the secret service, or, as mentioned earlier, a gardener of sorts... tending to and growing plants of a 'creepy' nature, like Venus Fly Traps, and roses (coz of the thorns). D rarely smiles, so a telemarketer is a job that he could never really do... He doesn't talk much, doesn't smile, and somehow, I just can't see him in front of a camera EDIT: I just thought of the perfect job for D - a Social Worker, as was mentioned earlier, D is a humanitarian, working as a Social Worker, D would be helping better humanity. Plus it further expands on D's soft spot for children I think hte telemarketer works, hed just be deadpan faced the whole time. D "Would you like to upgrade your long distance service ma'am?" Swearing on the other end cause he interrupted dinner. D "Ma'am you dont have to yell at me Ma'am... yes i understand that im a complete a*****e for calling during dinner and that if it was my home i would be just as infuriated..... no Ma'am im not mocking you....." More swearing in background. "Yes.. no. no Ma'am... Alright Ma'am ill send you over to my supervisor." D hits a button takes off headset, slams head on desk. D "God i hate this job....." Parasite "Somethings gotta pay the bills. But noooo someone didnt want to take the job as male stripper! I tell you we'd make Millions with that sweet behind of yours!" D cries in shame LMAO that's great xD I seriously think he'd come looking for vampires and start chasing a bunch of goth kids around. God, in the big cities he'd be all "holy f0---kin sh---t.... They're everywhere!" ...We'd have a mass goth slaughter on our hands o.o
