You cannot get ahead while you are getting even.
Alice looked around at the bountiful garden.
"I say we eat, then decide what to do with Sarah. I feel like we can't just leave her here."
That said, Alice hovered over to a tomato vine, plucked one off, then whispered, "Faisons!"
The tomato suddenly looked like invisible hands were slicing it. A flame was conjured out of thin air and the tomato slices sizzled in mid air over it. As the flame vanished, a plate appeared under the tomato slices and flew into Alice's hands.
Alice did the same thing with some potatoes and zucchini. Soon the plate was full of grilled vegetables. She walked over to the group, which was chatting animatedly.
Alice smiled and crossed her legs as she sat down, offering the dish to her friends. "Grilled veggies anyone?"

"mmm how convenient" Lily said grabbing the grilled cucumbers.
Little sarah giggled at the magic trick and , forgeting all about the scary Kappa bounced her way to the plate, happily gobbling up some potato slices.

Roger gaped, "FOOD! And it's cooked!" He was practically tearing as he snarfed some food down.
