Neva Lee frowns at the Chaos Gate slightly, wondering what happened to upset Azrael like that. "Lillith, would you like to come with me?" She asks softly, feeling slightly uncomfortable. There's a strong connection to her friend, a kind of loyalty that she doesn't want to go against by running off and leaving her friend alone, but at the same time she's sure that Azrael feels uncomfortable around new people; it's really the only reason she can think of for him to act that way again. "Well, I suppose it doesn't really matter, huh?" She asks, giving a weak smile toward her friend.

Lillith pouted slightly at Azrael's reaction to her showing up. "It doesn't look like your new friend like me very much" She stated with a sigh. "No I don't think I will be joining you, Neva Lee. I was going to go looking around to trade for some new equipment. Maybe later, okay?" she told her friend. Lillith turned and walked towards a group of people advertising some armor that she wanted.

Frowning at her friends retreating back, Neva Lee turns once more towards the Chaos Gate. "Alright then..." She whispers, knowing her friend won't hear her from where she is now. She approaches the gate and types in the area words, mumbling them aloud under her breath as she does so to help her remember them in case she ever needs to return later to the area or she likes it; after all, she's quite fond of snow and winter areas.
Θ Cold Wall of Light
A second later the swirl of light shines over her and then she leaves Mac Anu, reappearing a second later with snow up to mid-thigh. Eyes widening in surprise Neva Lee looks down then makes as if to move forward. "Well, this certianly will be an intresting disadvantage to work around... She mumbles aloud before looking up and smiling at Azrael calmly. "I'm glad they haven't come up with a way to feel things in The World yet or I'd be quite frozen." She laughed slightly, trying to make a joke.

Zami taps her foot impatiently, not seeing any newbies. She sighed and walked to the Chaos Gate, randomly cycling through her Area Words. There were too many low-level areas. Eventually, she came up with a level 150 field. It was one of the storming night ones, as she liked it. Not noticing what the words were, she warped to the field. As the pale blue glow faded from her character, Zami looked around. The brilliant graphics had the rain touching every blade of grass precisely. A lightning bolt struck, the soft thunder echoing. She closed her eyes, nearly believing she was truly standing in the rain, and enjoying it thoroughly. It never rained where she lived. Zami opened her eyes again and wandered around. The Beast Temple was further north, and two of the alters were on her island. It took a few minutes for her to reach the first alter, watching the small group of monsters parade around it. The battle of three against one was only mildly difficult, taking her health a few points down. The chest contained one of the Symbol Fragments, leading her to the other two altars. The monsters fell as they had before. After the Fragments had become the Judge's Symbol, she entered the Beast Temple. There was the statue of the god Folset, hovering as usual behind the offering chest. Zami stood, admiring the detail put into the temple, then kicked the chest open. Inside, she found an item more rare than she had expected. Shrugging, she walked back outside and sat on the steps of the temple. She wanted to enjoy the rain a little longer.

"Arggh! You'd think people everywhere would be looking for a lvl 150 cleric!" She'd talked to Dawncry for quite a while, but as soon as his friend had come back online he'd been whisked away. Mereille laughed to herself, remembering the distrustful looks of the flick reaper. He probably thought she was trying to chat him up, or con him. Fortunately for the shadow warlock, Mereille wasn't that kind of player. Backstabbing was for PK-ers, after all. After that little escapade, she'd wanted to go on a dungeon run, just to raise the money she needed for new armour. But, to her increasing despair, the parties of the level she wanted were few and far between, and all of them either had their own cleric or were choosing to go without one. "It's unfair!" She moaned outloud, caring little for the suspicious glances of passers by. A Harvest Cleric trying to solo a high-end dungeon was near unhead of, and she hated playing alone anyway. Why was it that when she finally wanted to go out, no-one was inviting her anymore? Sighing, she madeher way over to the chaos gate, and stood in front of it for a few moments, hypnotized by the clouds overhead, so real and yet not. Then, after realising she was in the way of a large queue of people, all aiming to get into the gate, she moved over to the side, scratching the back of her neck as if a bug had bit her there. Sheesh, today really feels like a slow day. All my online friends are away doing quests, and no parties have invited me yet. She looked around, seeing a small group standing by the gate, clearly doing as little as her. "What's everyone here waiting for, then?" A couple of people turned and smiled, by few people actually responded. Mereille sighed. Today was not starting off well. "Anyone looking for a cleric for their party? I really, really, need something to do."

Zami sighed and stood, ready to go back to Mac Anu. She strolled through the hazy rain lazily, wondering what would happen if "The World" had smells. Soon, the pleasant glow of the platform was visible, and she stopped before it. Pale blue light engulfed her, whirling her away to the eternal sunset. Now beside the Chaos Gate, Zami noticed another player standing off to the side. She seemd bored, and she herself had nothing better to do, so she wandered over to the girl. A quick glance told her the player was a magic user, but she wouldn't guess which kind. Zami nodded, speaking curiously. "Hey you, the blue one. You waiting for someone?" If she wasn't, Zami might invite her for a trip through an area or two. Going it alone was getting annoyingly lonely lately.

Merielle saw the female twin-blades ask her a question, and smiled coyly. This looks like it could be some fun. Of course, being referred to as 'the blue one' was a little demeaning- could no-one get that she was cleric? Her resolution to gain the new armour she was coveting increased by the tenfold. Prehaps something a little more exciting, a little more... Merielle's mind whirred the possibilities in her head quickly, whilst she streched and walked towards the twin blade. "Waiting for someone? I wish. Name's Merielle." She continued, curtseying diligentely. "Nice to meet cha. Are you going to tell me your name, or should I just make one up for you now?" It was the standard test, to make sure the person you were talking to was a nice person, and not someone witha stick shoved so far up their rear end they found every slight teasing at their ego a criminal offence. She didn't always do it, but then again she didn't always have so few other people to talk to. Besides, it was kind of fun to see their reactions.

[I appologize for not posting yesterday, got bogged down with work]
He heard Neva Lee warp into the zone, as he stands infront of the chaos gate a few yards. He looks around, and see's that the visability is slim to none and he had no idea which direction they should go. He yelled back to Neva Lee, as talking normally would fall on deaf ears.
"Shall we proceed forward," his voice cutting through the howling winds and the whiplash of the snow.

Zami linked her figners behind her head. "It's Zami. Though I'm curious, Merielle; what name would you have given me?" She smiled, cocking her head to one side. Merielle so far seemed like a pleasent enough player, and not one that would get on her nerves. If she was lucky, Merielle was a high-level player that could go into the level 150 areas. "I only called you 'the blue one' 'cause I didn't want to guess your class wrong. I've done that before, and it wasn't a good day." Zami shrugged, making her mind up that she would ask Merielle to go on an adventure with her. Who knows? Maybe more than one.

Nodding, Neva Lee makes an attempt to follow after by walking; it doesn't take long for her to give up there, and then she starts bouncing up and out of the snow to follow after him in leaps.
((Sorry, I dun... really know what to do now...))

"A name?" Asked Mereille, cocking her head to the opposite side to Zami and looking into the distance. Secretely, she was pleased. This... Zami had already passed the test, and few people ever did that, very few. She had a feeling that her day was finally looking up. "...I guess I'd call you... Buckles. Seriously, I like the belt skirt. If only they sold such a thing in TopShop..." Mereille shrugged, grinning playfully. She was sure she wasn't the only one who felt the female costumes in this place were a little... Impractical. "Well then..." Mereille paused, eyes moving back from the sky to Zami. "Mind if I ask why you've come here to speak to me? Not that I'm complaining... Today's been going rather slowly for me so far."

[ Its ok ]
He trudges along in the snow, until he feels the elevation climbing slightly and the snow doesnt seem to affect his movement as much, and the snow before them that appears to blind his sight fades, as he relizes he is climbing a flight of stairs that is leading to a large temple gate. He smiles thinking, this should be intresting. As they near the large temple gate, statues on either side of it can be seen clearly, and they appear to be carvings of large lions sitting proudly with their chests puffed outwardly. The top of this temple unseen, as the snow seems to fog his sight from the temple's total view.
"I can see the entrance to the temple up ahead, we are almost there," He shouted.

((Thanks, I think I've hit a writers block of sorts... at least with this RP, I haven't had a chance to see if it's in general yet or not.))
Nodding once more Neva Lee stopped bouncing and started climbing up the stairs in a more "normal" fashion. "This background noise is annoying!" She yells above the roaring of the wind, though she has a feeling that he's already figured this one out for himself. Neva Lee is immensly pleased, however, to know that they're almost there, and as much as she loves the snow she's happily awaiting the moment when it stops trying to pull her under.

Once he reached the large gates of the temple, he pushed them open with his feet digging into the snowed covered steps underneath him. As he opened it enough to sneak in, a few whisps of snow did as well. He quickly moved his back against the large doors and waited for Neva Lee to pop her head through the doorway.
It was pitch black in there, and he was wondering if some switch to the lights was near by or turned on after an event was completed, he didnt worry about that for now he was glad to get out of the snow.

A moment afterward Neva Lee reluctanctly leaves her beloved snow behind and slips into through the temple doors as well, having no problem with the doors opened only wide enough to let some Azrael's size through; she did happen to be slightly smaller. Blinking a bit owlishly at yet another odd turn in disadvatages she can't help but express her mind, "First the mobility disadvantage and now a visability disadvantage... Someone put a lot of thought into trying to make this place difficult, eh?"
