Rajin had heard screaming far off in the distance. This sort of event was rather common, at least in this part of the village. There was plenty of crime and people were screaming at least once a day. But, these were not in his neck of the woods. In fact, if memory served, they were coming from the inn. Rajin hurried inside, grabbed his umbrella, and made his way to the inn.
Moments later, he appeared at the inn, curious as to what had just happened. Glancing about he saw the monk from earlier, as well as a man laying upon the floor. There was blood around his mouth. Another man was next to him and appeared to be conversing with the monk. Rajin waited patiently to see what would happen.

Zero nodded and turned around to head back to his house. He went around the back. He found his kill from earlier. He was going to use it for food today anyway, it would save him from having to salt and dry it later. He cut off reasonable size slap of meat from it, he had to have something to sell anyway. Walking back out with the meat. He looked at Tyr. "Hope you like deer stew" he stated starting a fire with some dry wood from the smoke house.

"Taran, in a long story put short, part of my skin was burnt off by an insane patient who's only ambition was to become the worlds most feared murderer. I was forced to graft skin back unto my own face. I would rather die than go through that nightmare again...", Sendral Started shuddering.
((it would be nice if more joined in on the conversation...))

((Wait, what time is it?))
Taran's eyes flickered in the light, betraying no emotion. "I am sorry for you. But, is there anything i can help you with? I am currently not assisting anyone, and it is my job to assist those in need. Rajin, could you help that man? He is in dire need of such assistance." The man had seen Rajin without even moving his eyes. "What would you say he is afflicted with, Doctor?"

Terrence stared in disbelief at the man who had just died in his Inn. Looking at the strangers who were conversing about it he angrily yelled. "A man just died... In my Inn and your just talking about it?" He began to roar random nonsense about the strange people who came in and out of his bar and slowly subsided as he noticed several people staring at him. Beginning to serve people again, he nudged the body with his foot. "Your sure he's really dead? The alchemist can't do anything...?" Terrence pointed out of the bar and down the street. "His shop is down there." He din't even realize that the man he was talking about had just come in.

Rajin was not at all surprised that the monk noticed him enter. It was never his intention to remain hidden in the first place. Upon hearing the monk's request, he approached the man laying upon the floor and knelt beside him, scanning him with his one eye.
"Hmm... If I can get an analysis, I might have something for him."
Rajin stood up and waited for the doctor to respond. He knew that he had plenty of potions that could cure nearly anything. However, it was a matter of what the affliction was and which potion to then use.

"He may have had a relapse, or something completely unrelated. However, this is a job for the coroner, not I" Senrdral said, to his dismay.

Taran looked towards Rajin. "Unless you have a potion of Reincarnation, which if you do, i must have you arrested since the main ingredient is a still-beating human heart, There is little we can do to help this man. Come. Let us go talk to the council." Taran strode out of the room, into the bright sunlight, towards the council building.

Like a moon sucked into the orbit of a nearby planet Tyr followed after him calmly, almost like a sleep walker even though her mind was telling her she should have said no and left. Instead, what left her mouth was, "I like deer stew... I can cook, too. May I help?", there was something strange going on here... but she couldn't put a finger on it.

Sendral followed the duo to the city council, still wondering to the origins of Taran's beliefs.

((You're not the only D&D pro here, Phoenix. Six years and counting.))
Rajin laughed at the monk's hilarious statement. In all honesty, it was one of the funniest things a person could say, to an alchemist at least.
"A Potion of Reincarnation? I see, even in your age, you can come up with some good jokes. No one uses Potions of Reincarnation anymore. At least, not where I'm from. Reincarnation was too risky, which is why we developed the Potion of True Resurrection. The recipient is fully revived, without the hassle of coming back in a different body."
He began to leave the inn, heading towards the council. He looked back over his shoulder at the monk once more.
"Oh, and when we did use Reincarnation, we used oils and unguents... not human hearts. True Resurrection potions use holy water and diamonds, but it's definately worth it."

Zero looked up at Tyr. "Sure" he handed her a knife and some vegetables. He put a pot of water over the fire and let the meat cook separately while the water boiled. "So would you mind me asking why you stopped in the middle of the street?" he asked occupying himself with cutting up a few carrots and putting them in the water.

"As a doctor, I can not say I believe that all your potions work, but some have certainly done good to my practice.", Sendral complimented the alchemist, but still felt a slight grudge against him.

((Good to see someone know's what i'm drawing from. He's a 15th level monk that i have. Sorrow's, we're going to be up innn now seconds...))
"Well then, our training is vastly out of date. If Reincarnation causes them to come back in a different body, what were the potions they told us about, that brought the dead to life? But yes, i have learned a few good jokes." Taran's unearthly speed got him to the council steps first, even if he had been behind Rajin. At the top of the steps, he leaned on his walking stick once more, which now, suspiciously, had a gem embedded in the top. "Your..... Council-ness, A man died in the inn of mysterious circumstances that the doctor here will describe. Also, i heard someone talking about me. I am Taran Rockfist, sent here by the Church of Infyrnus. Just because i'm old means naught. Many have thought otherwise, and this was there often fatal flaw. They have sent me here to help you." The mans robe shifted as the rest of his body did.
