Dewpaw didn't notice the change in Savith's tone, or she just chose to ignore it. "You sound like my brother. he was always awake. But you should sleep sometime. I mean, you haven't caught one ravvit today, have you?" Finding a clear adn easy path to travel on, even for someone with bad nightvision, Dew released Savith's hand, somewhat reluctantly.

Savith hmmm's mind sending briefly an admission that no, he hadn't been a successful hunter today. But really, he was preoccupied as he floated along after Dewpaw. "Sleeping is difficult," was all he stated, tone still flat.

Dewpaw payed attention to his tone this time, trying to figure out how to read the older elf. Wolfriders were so much easier, she though. 'Why is it difficult? Pace in cirlces and then lay down."

Dewpaw shook her head, continuously forgetting her gestures would most likely go unseen, "there is so," she said, with the voice of a cub who thinks she is right adn there is not alternative. "There is here and Dancer and me and Llune and the others. There is your new nest and these flowers," she slipped the flower into his hand as she talked, "See."

He peered down at the flower in his head, maing out the rbight petals in the low star light. "It's not that sad dreams haunt me, child," he stated, "But that no dreams haunt me. Don't fret. It will pass in time. I have only to focus on not trying to snatch the dreams of others long enough for my own mind to remember how it's done."

"Sleep doesn't need dreams. I've slept a whole day without dreams. Many times. Morningtail doesn't. he always kicks me chasing ravvits." Dewpaw turned around full circle, "dreamberries help. I had wild dreams after eating those."

Dewpaw nodded, "Great! Now we have that settled. You can be nice and rested to show me your nest." She twirled in a circle as she walked, "I get to see Savvy's nest" she sung, her voice quiet as she did.

Savith hung his head slightly. He flew right into that one, didn't he? A soft sigh is heard before he relents. "Fine.... Let's get tot he waterfall, then."

Dewpaw paused, confused. She wasn't sure how the waterfall fit into everything. "You live by the waterfall?"

"No, but I know how to get to my nest from there," Savith stated with a touch of fatigue. Patience was starting to wear thin, but he hid it with the skill of a four times father.

Dewpaw shrugged, accepting what savith said, "I guess you're used to getting there from the sky more than by foot." She started walking again, still singing under her breath about visiting Savith's nest.
