"Celeste....Celeste." Noctus repeated her name, knowing instantly that this was the daughter he hadn't thought he had. He lowered his head and sniffed the filly. He licked her muzzle, nickering happily. "Celeste, my daughter."

((Yes she was but she's not anymore because we decided to throw a twist and make her Noctus's daughter.))

He chuckled, "I should've known that your mother would tell you my name." He nuzzled her, gently drawing the filly toward him. "Yes sweetheart my name is Noctus and I am your father." He started to groom Celeste.

Rin looked shocked between Noctus and the filly. "Wait what? She's your daughter? Since when do you have a daughter?" She flicked her ears backwards snorting.

Noctus raised his head and looked at Rin. "If you remember the mare that stayed with us. This is her and my daughter. I didn't tell you because I thought they were attacked and killed. I never realised that I had a daughter." He lowered his head and went back to grooming Celeste.

Rin glanced around uneasily. "I guess so. I'm Rin." She dipped her head and sniffed Celeste. "How old are you?" She looked up to Noctus, "It was Korune, the pegasus mare. That's your mother, I remember her."

"How have you survived away from your mother?" He spent extra time on her wings, making sure there was no loose feathers or dirt.

Noctus streched his wing out and gently laid it across her back, wrapping it down her side. "Come here baby. It's alright, your safe now." He nickered gently to her and nudged her forelock out of her eyes.

((That would be cool.))

Noctus preked his ears, he had a strange feeling that he couldn't shake. He turned his attention to Celeste. "Why don't you lay down and take a nap baby?" He left her wing over her and nuzzled her.

((Alright))

"Good night baby." Noctus nuzzled her again, looking at her lovingly. He was exahusted from the lack of sleep and swim to the island, but thirsty too. "Watch her Rin."

"Alright I will." Rin snorted and while looking at Celeste. She stood near the filly and watched Gildas. "Well this is definatly something strange." She shook her mane, "Do you have any foals?"

Noctus walked back to the lake and dipped his head to drink. He streched out his wings and stepped into the water.

*Gildas turned kept his focus on the mansion in the distance. The land dipped slightly and he could only see the 3rd story from his standpoint. He looked back at Kosoka who was lying down, resting while Obias had waundered to the coast to chase the gentle waves around.*

I lost count of how many foals I have sired over the years...But I can assure you I once had a herd as big as the plains themselves, though I was virtually the only mythical one within it. A few foals took on my genes for a unicorn's traits...But my herd contained more mares than you have ever seen, most with a foal by their side. And some of those mares were born into the herd, as were their dams..I was searched for for many years and sailed away from many traps and many men, loosing a few mares and foals here and there. For years this went on until every last one of them had been taken from me by man, even I was held captive for a few weeks. But you do what you have to do and wipe the blood off best you can.

*He smiled mischeviously to the mare, seemingly unchanged by his loss.*

Obasi, in case you were wondering is not mine..He came with Kosoka who I stole from a young spotted stallion a while back..He still lurks on this island somewhere, I belive.
