when I was seven I knew the Daffy Duck Cartoon "Duck Amuck" word for word (I still do actually) and I used to act it out in front of everybody.

I think he means that families didn't exist before his did, meaning they were the first family in his his mind.

I forgot how old I was but I remember that this was when "Nightmare Before Christmas" came out on video. I'm saying this to bring my next point. When that movie came out on video for a long time I watched it like 2-3 time a day.
