ailes spun around, "you have no right to be here get out!" she got up and began approaching Lilly enraged by her presence, but was stopped by Akuma, "well well... if it isnt the vicious little tramp. begining to have a conscience are we?"

Toole shook his head watching the montiors; "If you three are going to have it out, please take it at least out of the room, your anger is not doing the patient any good."

Toole pushed his hair back into place; "I had no intention of fighting you anyways, its just odd that when i left the office you hadn't signed out, but still managed to beat us here."

"ha.. i never sign out,i just go and come back when i please."Lilly replys arrogantly,"but if you dont mind, i would like to have a few words alone with morioka." Lilly shooed them out of the room

Ailes burst into tear,"Havent you done enough!!! leave him alone!" she charged Lilly; arm extended, but Akuma grabbed her other hand and pulled her out of the room.

Toole adjusted the strap on his shoulder, and walked out the door pulling it closed behind him. He walked down to the end of the ward where the small waiting area was, and sat down in one of the chairs there. Ailes was in no condition to listen without bias, and Akuma was dealing with her so he would wait until they both were ready to listen.
He pulled out a few text books and worked on hsi homework for the classes he had attended this morning.

Ailes, Akuma, and Toole wait patiently in the waiting area. Ailes holds Akuma's and nervously. after ten min. Lilly meets them in the waiting area. "i think he should have a full recovery verry soon" she says weekly and collapses in the chair nearest her.

Toole ignored this and continued to finish his last page of homework before putting it all away to stand up. He zipped his bag closed and tucked it under the chair so it wasn't in the way. 'I'll be a minute, need a bathroom."
Toole returned the nurses station and just walked behind it and closed the door tot he bathroom as if the sign employees only didn't mean a thing.

Akuma releases Ailes to run to Mr.Morioka, and walks to find someone to hook up Lilly to an I.V.
ailes runs in to find Mr.Morioka sitting up in his bed. she runs to his side and cries.
(its now 6:20 am and i havent slept yet...o.o)

(lol i was waking up to smash my snooze button at that time.)
Toole comes back after a small lecture from the nurses which he let go in one ear and out the other. He walked back to the waiing room and sat down now completely alone with Lilly. He watched her eyes, and completely ignored the chest. He shifted in his seat to get more comfortable and asked the question. "Do you know else who would have motive for injuring Mr. Morioka?

Lilly sighs and sits up in the chair, her skin is pale and her face is white.
with a tired voice she replys, "No one would want to hurt him. besides the case is closed, they said it was a heart atack. Maybe he should eat more oatmeal." she smiled at the thought of a warm meal. Lilly gets comfy in the chair and rests her head on Toole's arm. Lilly closes her eyes and after a pause she asks"Do you think he will forgive me?... nevermind, dont answer."

Toole sighed; "Depends on what you did, i have nothing to gain by accusing or bringing justice upon you, so why don't you just tell me, because perhaps I might have a good way to approach. However, holding it inside you only makes it worse, and guilt will tear at you while in class with him."
Toole didn't mind Lilly resting her head against him, but he did keep his focused on just listening. Even if it was only silence at the moment.
