I'm, like, making a letter opener in Jewelry class.
The thing is, though, a letter opener basically needs to be no sharper than a butter knife. My mom has a perfectly functional one, and the blade is completely flat-edged and about an 8th of an inch wide.
This thing, it's about that wide overall. And sharp as a steak knife.
I don't think I'm legally allowed to have it in school :O
Does that count as me making a sword (albeit a really small one)? It's made of teh brass.
