Shard then closed her eyes, bringing reiatsu to both of her hands and forming it into two balls. From there, she began to imagine the form of her zanpakuto. As she did so, a shape began to emerge from within the twin orbs. A small section of the blade began to stick out from Shard's right hand, slowly extending out of it. As it did so, the blade solidified more and more, getting sharper and sharper. After a couple minutes or so, the hilt finally began to emerge. The hilt was very plain, apart from a bright blue gem on the very bottom. Shard them opened her eyes while gripping the hilt of her new zanpakuto. "Wow, it actually worked.."

"Good job, Sha-chan!" He praised and jumped around. He was obviously very happy for his student's progress. "You're so cool, Sha-chan! You're a natural!" He said, giving the girl a thumbs up and winked at her in recognition of her abilities. "So, since you have a zanpakuto now, are you interested in getting your shikai? Shikai is a bit more complicated, as well as painful, but if you don't want to go to shikai, I can wait until you're ready." He said, putting his hands on his sides.

Shard looked up at him, removing her eyes from the blade.
"Well..sure. I'd love to get my shikai...but am I really ready for it yet?"

Xeion chuckled at Sha-chan's remark. "Ready!? You, my precious student, are born ready! However, if you think you still need more training, I will respect your decision until the time you think that you are ready!"
((When I got my shikai on the fly, it was right after I got my zanpakuto, when I became a shinigami. I was trained by two people back then. Besides, I don't see why you can't get your shikai just like I did. And also, I'm a Vice Captain so I can say who or who can not have shikai. Based on how well your doing RP-wise, you're ready. But if you want to wait for two months, it's fine with me.))

Shard puts her blade down into the ground, placing her hand on top of the hilt, resting on the blue gem. "So what do I need to do for this..." "Well, we have to ascertain your battle skills first. In order to attain shikai, you must be able to fight properly at the very least or else you'll just gonna fail over and over again. Plus, it would be dangerous to continue with shikai training if you're still quite a novice in the art of fighting since heaven knows what your zanpakuto's spirit has in store for you. If you're still willing to continue, tell me and we'll start sparring so that I could see how good you are. I'm just going to be right here, training Ami-chan." He said before going over to Ami-chan. Amika_Mackay Amika turns to Xeion. "I do not want to interrupt, but...." Amika thought to herself. "ummm.... Xeion what can I do to start my training?" "Hey there Ami-chan, glad you could make it!" He exclaimed, patting her head with a smile. "Okay, what I want you to do now is pretty simple. Hold out your hand and try to make a basketball-sized reiatsu ball. If you can't do it, a baseball-sized one should do. So, are you ready?" He asked, smiling.

Shard listened to everything he had to say. After thinking it over in her head, she placed her hand to the hilt of her newly found blade.
"I think I'm ready. I'm not tired right now, and now I have a zanpakuto of my own. Besides...this isn't the first time I've fought..."

MockaDash received word from a hell butterfly that a shinigami wished to challenge him for a sparring match... He arrived at the designated place on the Shinigami Academy and sat on the floor, resting against a wall and covering his face with his kasa hat... He thought of getting some rest until the challenger arrived...

Akira Walked softly across the academy training grounds. His eyes spotted Mocka Dash laying against the wall to the back of the grounds. He spotted glimpses of students gathering to see what the commotion was about. Stopping in front of Mock Akira kneelth down to see his face under his kasa."Hello Mocka Dash of squad one i'm Akira Sajima of squad six, I'm glad you had time for this."

Mock opened one eye and gazed at Akira with a somewhat suspicious look, measuring the shinigami... "Hi there!!! I'm Mock..." he said with a warm smile on his face while opening both eyes "...I never say no to a match!!!"
The shinigami stood up and cleaned the dust off his clothes using his hands... He then turned to Akira and said "So... How do you want us to start this off??? Should we warm up first or get right into business???" As he was saying this, he reached for his nodachi's saya with his left hand and rested the right hand on its tsuka...

Akira stood back a bit before replying to Mocka. His expression was a bit miss leading since he scowld a bit. The he answered "Hmm.. I think it'll be good for our little crowd to see the warm up. From there we just go where ever our blades and souls take us." Slowly pulling his blade Akira continued to speak, as he began to move into an attack stance."So do you know why I picked you Mocka...." in that instance Akira lunged at Mock saying "It's because of your abilities and potential!"
