Yuki seemed to have a recent habit of leaving her office to rot. There was so much going on, what with Daven gone, Onalim leaving, her squad's training picking up... It was almost enough to rip her hair out over! She came striding up to her office in a frustrated mood, she seemed ready to rip her own hair out! Throwing the doors open as she walked with enough anger as if she blamed them for not opening as she walked. Her frustration and fuming thoughts braught her to her office compleetly oblivious to anything in it asside from the tea kettle and other goodies for a good cup of tea.
It was only when she was halfway done with her tea that she even noticed another person was in the office, because finally her reatsu-o-meeter was screeching so loud in her head that she thought she was getting a headache. A quick glare over her shoulder told her that another person was in her office.... without permission... someone she didn't know. She turned around, and took up a defiant stance.
"I take it that since I'm not dead yet your not an assassin or anything... and your not part of my squad... so you either want something incredibly important to you, have a message of insane importance, or have a death wish if your in my office without permission.... So, speak quickly so I can get back to my tea."
She said in a tired and cranky tone.

As Asuma waited, his eyes slowly drooped, as he started to fall asleep. After waiting, the fighting had caught up to him. He hadn't had any good sleep since he left. As his eyes began to close, however, he was woken up. By doors slamming open. Eyes snapping open, Asuma's hand went to his zanpaktou, only to remember why he was there. Quickly keeping his hand on the chair, Asuma kept quiet, waiting for Yuki to notice him. As she barged into her office, she acted like she didn't even see him. Well...from the way she was doing things, she seemed like she was a little out of it. As she turned and noticed him, Asuma sighed, as he would have to explain his story again. Though, he would tell her the bare minimum first. Taking her tone as a signal that she wanted to him to hurry it up, Asuma stayed put, his mask hiding his features. He guessed that's why she hadn't noticed who it was. With all the orders for his arrest, there had to be a picture somewhere. But, it must have been old. Moving his hand up to his mask, Asuma just threw it off. Instead of it falling to his chest, it fell to the ground, as Asuma had just gotten tired of having it.
Looking forward, Asuma was tired of waiting. He had to say something. Now. So, he said the first words that came to his mind. "My name is Asuma...Haruka. Defect of the Seireitei, and apparent traitor. I'm here, Yukimaru, to talk. So please, don't draw your blade and attack me, like every other time I meet someone. I won't hesitate to defend myself. Like I said just now, I'd rather talk than fight you. If you'll hear me out, I'll start. I already told Daven this once, so I'd like to make sure I can tell someone who's at least close to his rank. Seeing as your one of the oldest captains, I thought I'd come to you. Will you hear me out?"

Yuki sort of recognized him now that he had thrown off his mask. Some wanted poster or something she really didn't have time to give a damn about, but he filled in the picture, kind enough to tell her what he was convicted for, and that he had already spoken to Daven about it. Although he was mum about exactly what he had said or what Daven's response was. With a huff and an angry sneer she turned back to the tea, and finished making it.
"I'll hear you out if you don't drink then run... "
She said, basically telling him to park it and have tea. And by the tone of voice she had, it was either that, or some form of cruel death... and knowing Yuki, it would be a long, and painful one. She put a second cup on the tray and brought over the whole tray to her table, taking a seat on the couch, and leaning back like she owned the place, pouring enough honey to make it tea-flavored-honey rather than tea with honey.
"I understand that there is no such thing as a true bad guy... we all have our reasons. But... can you make yours to the point? I'm not much for sap stories."
She said, bluntly. Obviously she didn't care much about his history, and was more interested in what brought him here.

"Good. Because I wasn't about to tell you some long story to try and make you feel sorry for me. No. I told Daven the same thing I'm going to tell you. Hopefully, your response will be better then 'I don't care, but I believe you'. Might as well start then." Sighing, Asuma shook his head, trying to think of how he could make the story short. The one he had told Daven had given him the reasons why he had left...but Yuki didn't seem to be in the mood to hear it. so, he would have to shorten it.
"The reason I left Seireitei, is because of Tansen. He withheld some information from me that he had known about my past life. He said he didn't want to repeat his 'past mistakes'. I got angry. I left to go to the war, and when I came back, nothing had changed. It got worse, actually. That, was when I met Erzu. He and I became friends quickly, and then he started telling me about a plan to leave. He said we were going to the Valley, something his father made. Said we could train there and not have to worry about anyone getting in our way. And I decided to go with him. But, as we left, we ended up in Las Noches. A change of plans, he said. When we got there, we were evaluated by Aizen. He attacked me, almost killed me, then said we could join. Frankly, the whole thing pissed me off."
Scowling, Asuma's right hand gripped into a fist, just by remembering what had happened had gotten him angry. But, he had to continue. "So, that's when I decided that I should leave. Though, when I met some other shinigami, they instantly attacked me. I was labeled as a traitor and defect, and would be killed on sight. So, I couldn't come back here. Not yet. So, I waited until the war deepened, causing some of the captains to leave. the few that personally knew me, that knew I might come back, are in Las Noches right now. Not to mention, a fraction of the captains are left here, anyway. This was the easiest time. So, I spoke to Daven right before I came here. Told him everything. His response was...less that I had hoped.
'I don't care...But for the record, I don't think your a traitor. Your just someone who was caught in a bad situation'
And there you go. I came here to clear things up. Now that I have...what will you do, Yukimaru?" Still sitting there, Asuma had barely moved. After all, he was tired of running. And where else could he go if he left here? The Zaigou realm? That place was a barren wasteland with a few buildings. It was there just so they didn't blow up the Seireitei. The only one that would be there would be Daven. And, then, he had nowhere else to go. He was stuck between a rock and a hard place. And right now, Yuki was the only one that could help.

Yuki thought the kid was just being overly dramatic, and was about to slap him over the head. He left because someone told a lie!? what kind of idiot was he to believe that everything he was told was true and that no one held any secrets! If she had left every time she heard a lie she would have gone and come back over half a million times. She sipped her tea before she flew into another rage and ripped the poor idiot's head off.
When he got to the part about Erzu, she quirked an eyebrow. It wasn't beyond Kazi to go sticking his nose in other people's business and turning mole hills into mountains. Erzu must have taken that trate from his father, and she made a note to go smash his head in for making such a big mess for her to clean up. When he got to the part about Aizen, she wasn't surprised at that either. The damn idiot couldn't make up his mind about anything, attacking one minute then declaring a partnership in the same breath. The guy drove her nuts. Poor kid sounded like he just kept running into the wrong people.... but there where still to REALLY important questions left...
"How are you a traitor, and what the hell do you want from me? A pardon?... What are you a traitor for? Running away with Erzu to join the cercius and kicking the s**t out of Aizen?"
She demanded, not seeing any point to this kid's story other than to give her a quick run-down of his pitiful life.

His eye's darkened, as Yuki talked. What did she think he was. Some kind of idiot? This whole thing was about him trying to join something he left. He was attacked on sight. And he was labeled a traitor for no reason. and now this? No...this was the final straw. Scowling, Asuma gave Yuki a cold look, as he spoke. "The whole damned reason I came here was to try and get that traitor status off me. You think I like getting attacked every time I'm seen by someone? I didn't put this status on me, someone here did. You think I'd ask for something like this? To be labeled as someone who abandons the ones they care about? What the ******** do you THINK I want from you. Your the reason I'm here. If you weren't the one who I thought could get me back in here I wouldn't be talking to you." Clenching his hand tightly, Asuma knew that he was going over the line. Frankly, he didn't care anymore. He had nowhere to go. And here he was, being mocked by someone who didn't even know him.
"The whole reason I left was because not only was I labeled by my own damned brother as a mistake that he didn't want anything to do with, but because of people who think they can run everything just because they have a rank. It makes me sick. I'm a traitor, because you people said I joined Aizen. I did nothing other than simply leave for personal reasons. I don't want a simple damned pardon from you. I want to be able to come back here and not worry about whether or not I'll have a blade in my back when I wake up, IF I wake up. But no, I come here and I try to tell you WHY I'm here, the REASON I left, and all I get is being mocked by someone who doesn't even know me."
He was just starting. But, he had to stop himself. Any more, and he might just be killed there. Gritting his teeth, he said one final thing, before he kept quiet. "So tell me. Are you going to give me this 'pardon', or should I leave. Being mocked isn't exactly why I came here, miss Yuki."

(( I'm sorry if she seems rude, but she's never met you, so she has no clue who, what, or why.... and that's just her way.))
Yuki continued to quietly sip her tea, knowing that any reaction on her part would only give him something to go off of and this would get out of hand insanely quickly. It took all of her willpower not to just shove a binding kido up his a** and finish her tea before kicking his a** and turning his traitorous butt in. Her teeth clenched as she put the cup down, taking care to stare him down as he started yelling. Obvious hatred barely kept in check boiled behind her eyes.
"Well I hate to tell you... People can just run everything because of rank... If you don't like it, then you should leave now and never look back because that's how everything works.... However if you genuinely want to come back, and if your as innocent as you say you are, and I have no reason to believe your not, I can grant a pardon."
She said, clipping each word in frustration and anger, her eyes blazing with white hot fire at how stupid this kid was... shooting himself in the foot like that. The false smile she put on her face only seemed to exaggerate how pissed off she was at his insolence. If he didn't shut up and sit down like a good subordinate soon he might find a blade in his back sooner than he bargained for.

((Ah, I understand. Asuma flies off the handle easily when he's pushed anyway XD))
Sitting there, Asuma's head lowered, seeming to get angrier. However...as it raised, just as Yuki finished speaking, he held no anger of the sort. Actually, he looked pretty pleased. A slight smirk was on the corners of his mouth, as he tried to barely hide what he was feeling. Honestly...he wasn't even happy. He was just back to his normal, uncaring mood. The slight smile on his face was from what he could see. She was getting angrier, and therefore, granted him what he wanted sooner. Most likely to get him to shut up, or to just get him to leave. His pupils, slightly enlarged, saw the erratic movement of her reiatsu. "I can assure you...I don't like it. But, I bear it. Regardless of where you go, even Las Noches, that's the case. I was simply stating it. But I assure you, my intentions are to rejoin as if I never left."
Leaning back, Asuma relaxed against the seat, giving her an innocent smile, to match her killing intent towards him. "If your willing, I'll take the pardon and rejoin." He was almost there. If she could just let him go, he would be free. But, he had to ask one more thing. "But, miss Yuki. I have to ask you something, as long as this is taking place..." Leaning forward, Asuma's eyes suddenly turned cold, yet he held the smile. The two worked together, making him look like he was maliciously planning something. "...I'd like to be able to join the battle again. As long as they think I'm their ally, I can work against them. If I go back, I can easily enter Las Noches, and help rescue the ones trapped. If needed, I can even use the Zaigou portals to transport them here. But before that, I need your permission. Since if I get a pardon, and my ex captain is away, I need someone else to give me the go-ahead." He was thinking of what all he could do to them. To those idiots in Las Noches. They were the ones that would pay. If Yuki could see reiatsu in a physical form-which he hoped to god she couldn't-she would see that the thing taking form around Asuma was a black haze, wanting to suck in everything around it and destroy. Everything. It was in the shape of a skull...a wicked smile on it's face. He wanted to kill them all...Las Noches would be a river of blood if he was able.
((Say hello to Asuma the Cynic XD))

(( SORRY SORRY SORRY SORRY! D: I just haven't been that attentive these days. ))
Yuki looked up from her tea, glaring him in the eyes. She wasn't too happy with how crazy he was starting to sound, besides that wasn't the only concern she had. He was just recently pardoned after being an excile, and now... he wanted to go back?.... He obviously didn't think too far ahead did he?
"No.... I never want you to go back there again. If you do, I will repeal my pardon, and kick your a** myself. "
She said, with a certain malice. She had no way to prove he wasn't just selling her a cheep story to get back in the soul society's good graces as a spy, and using his undercover excuse to report back to Las Naches.
"That is the string attached to this pardon... Take it or leave it. "

((Ah, it's fine, it's fine. Don't worry about it. Though going to Las is going to happen XD
It's in my 'killing off Asuma' plot. Time skip kinda gutted the first plan, and this is my backup. xD))
Sighing, Asuma pushed himself back in his seat, the reiatsu 'thing' behind him disappearing. "Well...this is a bind. You see...most of my things are in the Base of Black Air, the home of Erzu, aine and I, and those things...are most of what I had in squads 12 and 8, while I was the VC's there. My projects, all my data, all of it is there. I didn't exactly have a plan for the leave from there, I just wanted it to happen. Running to there and then leaving would have taken too long. The 'string' itself wouldn't be that hard for me to accept, just for the simple fact that I can make more data. But if you want to keep my own research-quite detailed on who I've fought and the things I made in squad 12, let me tell you-in Las Noches, then be my guest. I have nothing there that I want to go back to anyway."
((Heh. And now he plays the 'if I can't do this....this will happen' card. :3))

Yuki gave a snuff, like she gave a damn about his personal possessions. But if that was his only problem with staying here she could fix that.... easily. He kept on acting like he was the only one who was able to fix his problems.
"If you want your things back so badly, then I can ask Yomiko to get them.... Or get them myself, if you really want.... But my offer stands.... You are to never go back to Las Noches if you want this pardon."
(( Well, good luck with killing your character off. Sorry I can't make my character any less stubborn ^_^;; ))

((Gah. Damn...Well then...there's always sneaking around on Earth then XD
hrm...well, then plans change, I guess.Eheh.))
Grinning, Asuma looked up, seeing that Yuki was starting to get more annoyed than she already was. Oh, well. As long as he got his things back he could care less. "So be it. Send whoever you wish, though I advise sending someone who won't get easily caught. Erzu has that place pretty secure. The kid even booby trapped the upstairs rooms. Yomiko would be a good choice, but tell her to make sure Erzu isn't around. I don't know if they've come to terms with each other yet. The only reason I wanted to go get them myself was because of that reason. I'm one of the only three that's been in that house. Though, I trust who you pick. If that's it, then, Yuki, then I guess this is over." Standing up, Asuma headed for the door, stopping before he left. "Buy the way...thanks." Quickly looking forward again, Asuma left, leaving behind a slight line of crimson reiatsu behind him. He had to go to somewhere, first, before anywhere else.

MockaDash arrived at his new office, carrying Daven's tea set with him. The room was rather empty, now that Yukimaru had removed most of her possessions from it. Large piles of paperwork were stacked on top of each other all around the floor, along with some notes left by Yuki. Mock browsed through them, and noticed that they were squad related documents that he needed to look into. So this is what it means to be a Squad Captain??? The Shinigami though as he let out a sigh. I do recall Daven always complaining about it...
After placing the tea set on top of his new desk, Mock opened a window to let the fresh air "flood" the room and replace the staled one. He ran his eyes through every corner of the office and made a mental picture of what it would look like after he redecorated the place. At a corner, the new kasa hats that Mock had ordered, were stacked on top of each other. He walked up to them and picked up the one on top, placing it on his head after examining the Kanjis for "Divine Punishment" that were written on top of it, as he had requested. Wrapping one of the loose ends of his blue scarf around his face, in order to conceal 1/3 of it, Mock reached for his new set of (mundane) red sunglasses he got from the 12th squad. ((They're normal ordinary shades. I consider an NPC arranged them for me.)). The scarf, hat, and glasses, helped conceal his black eye patch as well as the strange markings he now had on his face. All was ready for him to start a new life...
A lonely Hell Butterfly fluttered through the window and acroos the room before resting on top of Mock's right index finger, that he had lift to meet his eyes. He mentally gave a message to the butterfly and sent it away, to deliver it to its proper recipient...
Making his way to his desk, Mock sat on the chair and began to prepare his kiseru for him to smoke, while waiting for his Vice-Captain to come.
