Tadashi walks in and closed the door behind him. "Yo Tagg. I was hoping you could do me a favor for me." Tadashi said trying to break a smile. He looked around the room and noticed the other guys in there. Tadashi nodded at them as a greeting.

Junichiro knocks on the door rather hard, gasping for breath and covered in cuts, though nothing seriouse, he still presented himself as quite messy and steps into the office panting still and says''I'm very sorry for the intrusion Tagg-taicho, and I apologise for interupting anything, but I would like to make a request to challenge Zack-kun for 3rd seat!''.
Junichiro then immediatly drops to his knee's performing a formal bow that would be used as a plee when requesting from a superior.
((Im asking for this oppertunity because I have thought of some rather interesting attacks for my shikai, there are not many at the moment, but as time goes on I will add to the list, also i have not added ANY attacks to my bankai as there is no point since I have yet to obtain it. All attacks are updated on my rather large profile hahaha. whee ))

Rios walks up to the door as he sees Junichiro gasping for air, and covered for cuts. He walked next to him and looks down at Junichiro. "Dude I think you need to get healed." Rios put his hand on his shoulder and smiled. "If ya want I can heal you here, because I'm here to ask for some training." He stood there smiling at him.

''This may sound crazy,but,my zanpaku-to did this to me, so I am not in any real danger from these afflictions, but I will take your offer, my zanpaku-to's reiatsu has mostly gone from the wounds now since re-sealing it.'' Junichiro looked up and smiled a little still gasping a little and continued to await Tagg's reply to his request.

Rios laughed at his response. "Yeah that is not that unpopular, heck Envy's spirit try's to kill her sometimes. Chiyudo#5-Kai Kizu." Rios put both his hands on Junichiro as they glowed and healed all of his cuts withing a few minutes. Rios then stood up and smiled. "You should be fine but try and not fight so much, and I'm saying that from experence."

((You'r character will come to learn that Junichiro is somewhere between being like Kenpachi and Ichgo when it comes to fighting xd , which is why Junichiro has nearly died between 3 and 6 times since joining the guild, which has been only 2 months and nearly 2 weeks hahaha.))
''Thank you'' Junichiro quietly says in a calming voice, then cracks his neck left then right and sighs out of relief, he then stands staight in attention before Tagg. He then says''By the way Rios, Im a balance of brains and brawn, I dont over-exert myself in either, nor do I lack either, Im just trying to climb the ladder of power as fast as possible, wasting time is never a good thing, so I take full advantage of any oppertunity that arrises, no matter what.''
For a split second after finishing his sentence he glances at Rios with a determined and strong stare, then resumed his formal appearence towards Tagg.

Rios laughed. "Well sometimes fighting isn't everything, you need to relax or else you could end up in the healing room for a week or longer due to serious injuries....." He then patted Junichiro on the back. "I sometimes oush myself too hard but because I'm an insonia person I can wear out and stay that way for a year....." Rios then smiled and knocked on the door again.

After not getting a quickly reply from Tad, she turned to Junichiro and her eyes showed happiness.
"So you are pushing yourself now. You certainly make me proud. I give you permission to fight Zack. Be very careful, he has a deep power even I can not understand. So do not push yourself to far. I do not let anyone in my squad back down to a fight so he will have to accept. But he does not have to accept losing his seat before the match. So come on equal footing with a agreement and contact me once more."
She then turns to Rios.
"How may I help you?"

Rios smiled and walked over to Tagg. "Mom I would like o be trained sometime soon, maybe after our fight." He then hugged her and took a step back. "Well this is the first that I belive I've been to your office." Rios then scratched his head.
