Dear Mary (your name reminds me someone BTW)

No, I never heard about her since then. There was once that I got a text message from one of my old Vegas friend saying he thought he saw her with a child, but then again, I highly doubt he saw her.

What's up Marxxaddicts!

Let me start this blog to wish everyone a happy new year and a happy new decade! May this be as insane for you this year as 2009 has been for me!

Last year, I came with the Marxxitude awards, saying who I thought was best worst and all that stuff. I looked at what happened in 2009 and I said to myself "Jeez, there's enough material for another edition!". So since there's enough material for another edition, let's make another edition since there's enough material for it. What I just did was extending a paragraph even if I had nothing else to say. I got that trick from Stephanie Meyer. But thing is that me, people will read it AND like it.

So here we go, the 2nd edition of the MARXXITUDE AWARDS!

Quote:
Wrestler of the year: Kelly King 2.0
It hurts me to give it out to him like that, but if I pull myself out, who let his name known by everyone after winning EEW championship from year-long champ Harli? Who helped Chrono to get to the point he is right now? Even though his dominance is about to be 2.0ver (feel the subtle pun in there), 2009 was a great year for the man and despite not being a fan of his way of doing things, I must reckon that he made great things for his career here. Some bad stuff, but if the good thing happens after the bad, we all forget the bad, that's how humans are.

Tag Team of the year: The Latino American Order
That's an upset pick I do there, I reckon. But despite not being a team that really stood out this year, they have always been fighters and grueling competitors for whoever was on their path. Multiple time contenders, chased tag titles for a long time even if the only way they had it around their waist was by stealing them (as well as the girl who might be my daughter, but that's another story), it is just a matter of time before they legitimately put their hands on them.

Best Diva: Yuke
I COULD easily give it to Damita Ace, but let's just say the girl had no competition really this year. Therefore, I turn by another logical choice, which is the former Speed Tag champion and current X-Treme champion: Yuke. When a girl is able to stand out of the lot not only in the Vixens division, but also against the cockfest that EEW is, it shouldn't be doubted that the girl has balls!

Standout of the year: Joshua Danielson
No, don't refresh the page Josh, I really put your name there. But in all seriousness, Joshua Danielson acted exactly like what I expect from a standout: Make his name known more than ever and reach the rank he should. He started against me in an X-Scape match and even if he lost, he let his name known as one to watch in 2009 and his exploits while getting to the World championship material status proved it. If 2010 is not my year, I hope it will be his, at least.

Rookie of the year: Bryan Bain & Christopher Cross
I couldn't set my mind between both seriously.

Just Christopher Cross was a walking impact in his first year! I mean, won an Extreme Battle Royal and set himself for a World championship match in a near future. If it's not starting your career the right way, I wonder what it is. That kid should leave his mark in the company in the future. Not should... WILL leave his mark on the company.

From the other side, you have Bryan Bain who has started the year with a boom by defeating Angel at One Night Stand and then became the For the Win champion. I say for the win because my manager thinks I connect with a young audience and therefore I shouldn't say ********. ********! I said ********... Oh ******** I said ******** again! s**t! err... DAMN! AAARGH!!!

Feud of the year: Joshua Danielson vs Marxx
I usually wouldn't give an award to myself, but compared to most of the "feuds" this year (which were more small rivalries in my book), we rocked the stage! Just our final match could have been voted match of the year if that category was even there at the Birthday show. If a rivalry gets people's attention, then it made the job everyone expected up there. They light the fire, we add the oil to make it burn even more so the crowd get's hot when they see it.

HOLY $H!T moment: Riker to psychiatric hospital
Being one of his past victim, many would expect me to say something like "ABOUT DAMN TIME!", but no. I have to admit that we were used to see Riker like that, so to see him changing all of a sudden and become someone who thinks before acting is something that blows my mind off. I mean, we were used to have a freak around and watch our back, now it just feels too calm. EEW needs his psycho! Ok, we have Chrono, but I mean inside the ring. That hardcore side is only sleeping deep inside of him, we can only hope he wakes it up soon enough.

WTF Moment: Kelly King 2.0 can lose even if he wins
So Chrono Clepsydra just put the nail on the coffin Kelly King went in without asking much questions. He was kind of dumb at first to believe this would actually be a winning formula to kiss asses, but who am I to judge people's actions. But there I'm but judging, I bring the facts to the table. The guy made his best and worst move in career and it's only now he notices it with such a stipulation. Think twice next time Kelly, think twice next time...

Shocker of the year: Marxx is "The rapist"
I think it shook up a lot of people when I was accused of rape, and it shocked me as well. But at this point, what can I do about this? Yes, I had a sexual relationship with Mary Cartwright not too long after her wedding, but after investigation, Mary trusted me and dropped the charge. But it changes nothing to the fact that I banged a married woman and I'll never forgive that to myself.

Prediction for 2010:

EEW Championship... EEW Championship... EEW Championship...

Nah, seriously, I predict that in 2010, Marxx will no more be known as a former TV champion, but as the EEW champion. Trust me, you are reading the blog of a future World champion and that's not being cocky there, simply showing how far my determination will drive me.

So with that said, I can only wish you all an a**-whooping year! s**t, I said a**... ******** I said s**t... Damn I said... ********, goodbye!

Your Midnight Role Model and soon to be searching for a new manager,
Marxx

Marxx,

Cute how you would pick me to be "Diva of the Year" for your awards. Is it because I destroyed you twice? Putting you on a stretcher and making you lose your title? Or is it more?
I am the single most dominate vixen in the EEW, I don't need to win some fancy women's title to prove that.

Dear Yuke,

Once again, you come over and do the only thing you can do aside of your boss: Talking trash. You just can't take a compliment for what it is, don't you? Like my dad would say, there's a couple boot to the butt that lost themselves on their way when you were a child. I don't know what they learn you in Mordor, but here in the real world, we learn to say "thank you" and take the compliment for what it is, not looking for hidden vices where there is none.

I already said my opinion about you in the awards for what you've done. I also said my opinion about how you are live on TV. Since it is needed, I'll say it again: Your attitude is simply proving that you see me as the best of the two. What has been your only real hype for quite awhile? The fact that you got ONE win against me. It counts gold for you because you know you won't be able to repeat the same action twice. You put your win over me to the front as a way to tell everyone you should be feared because I already turned back a lot of them in the locker room, some even leaving the ring with assistance. My name is something, ans so should be the one of the person who gets a pinfall against me in your mind. You still can't imagine that you have been able to get something that huge over someone who has one of the longest history with this company today.

Let's reverse the roles for once. If I were the one who got that win against you that day, you wouldn't feel the way you did, you wouldn't have jumped on the opportunity of taking on students to get yourself some gold because you knew you wouldn't match anyone else on the main roster. You wouldn't have abused of a long forgotten stipulation on a championship to run away with it. And most of all, I wouldn't be putting my win over you in the front row and you know why? Because you're absolutely nothing but words. You can win, but you can't deliver. You can be seen as dominant, but you never will be for real.

For my award, you just appeared to be lucky to be one of the very few to let people know who she was by earning a couple pounds of gold around your waist, for reasons I mentioned above. You're not a winner by choice really, but a winner by default because you're the only one in the Vixens division that did something this year.

You're not unstoppable and dominant, I simply made you feel that way by not being at my prime once.

However, I do hope some girls will take example on you and shake their butt to get something done.

Dear Marxx,

Being that the new call ups have just recently been announced, are there any Burn or Drown Call ups you'd enjoy facing someday? What about those who are on the drown roster now from the trades?

Hoping to face you soon,

Dear Draze,

There was so many changes on the rosters that at the moment, I feel like I'm on a new brand. Many challenges in front of me and a whole lot I could go against. Some I faced already and wouldn't mind to write a new chapter of my encounters against them, others that I saw on Burn that I said "Man, I must face him someday" and others that I never knew about but see as future great challenges.

So with all this, that's why I feel like I'm in a new roster. And that's why I'm going to act like I was in one and leave my Marxx on them the same way I did to some who were sent to Burn (Sure not to Speed, because I faced no one who were sent there and have no big interest in facing them neither).

Same roster, but oh so many challenges ahead of me and I can't wait to take on any of them!

Marxx,

What do you think of the rumors spreading around that your former tag team partner and co-recipient of EEW's 2008 Tag Team of the Year award, Chris Chaos returning to EEW after his year long sabbatical? Is he bluffing? Or is he really coming back?

AGTT Fanatic.

Dear AGTT fanatic,

My public relationship councilman would tell me to not care much about what is only rumors at this point, but I can't just sit there and look at it, only to react when I see him backstage. It's just... No, I'm not like that. Opinion is my second name as this blog proved it many times.

Just like Danielson's retirement rumor, this one is catching be off guard. The guy has been one of my closest allies in my early career, being the shaman that was able to find the great opportunities not just for his team, but his teammates. I mean, he was behind the decision of AGTT joining the RWA vs EEW war, which gave us the visibility that brought us on the road to the RWA Tag Team titles and myself to the EEWS National championship.

That guy has the spirit, and not any spirit, the team spirit. Steve... Err, Chris is probably one great to team with because he's all for being fair and equal. He loves the challenge and can be one hell of a challenge. As I know him, I'm surprised he comes back because I knew how he was not the happiest man on Earth in his last days in the wrestling industry, but I also know him enough to say that he loves too much the energy, the fans and the competition to give up wrestling forever. At least now.

So I don,t know if he comes back, but if he does, it can only be cool. If he appears to be on Drown, then it will be even better. Possibilities of having an AGTT reunion? Maybe, we'll see. I never close the door to stuff like that.

So I hope it answered your question man smile

Dear Marxx,

The only bad thing about an AGTT reunion would be that Scott Shock is now retired, and there would be no chance of another epic battle between AGTT and Shock and Awe...

ShockedAndAwed134

It is more a comment than a question that you did right there, but this doesn't mean I can't react to it. And my reaction is pretty simple: True that.

You're right that AGTT vs Shock & Awe is very unlikely to happen again, especially with Scott's retirement from the ring. Not just him, but also Mavlik Young, who was the other AGTT representative back then when we faced that pair of great individuals.

Don't think I'm saying it wouldn't be a good match with Chris, I'm far from saying that, but let's just say that it would be different. Not a bad difference, but it would have been going another way than it did with Mav and I. Mavlik was the type of ruthless guy who's not afraid to bleed, while Chris is a mastermind, getting in his opponent's head and go technical. For me, it would still be a brilliant match with Chris instead of Mavlik as my partner, but would it be a great match for the hardcore EEW? Maybe not.

That was my 2 cents.

What's up, Marxxaddicts!

Heheh, I know, it's been a very long long time since I wrote in my blog, but I thought It would be the best thing to do than to keep an update with the fans, especially after disappearing like that and give nobody any news.

A question that was asked to me very often while I was walking in Indianapolis and crossing wrestling fans was why I'm not competing right now. Why the Midnight Role Model, known for taking so many contracts at a time that we may think there's a cloning industry hidden in his cottage on Cap Breton in Nova Scotia, Canada, is out of action as we speak?

Well, the reason for all this is more than simple: I had to step out of the ring for a surgery. For the past few months, I was not myself in the squared circle, and this was because I was forced to wrestle with a minor injury, which only became worse with time.

It first appeared at the birthday show, during my match with Christopher Cross to be more percise. When he threw me out of the ring, I fell right on my back, causing big trouble to some discs. It took a huge blow and since I just ignored the pain, of course, it went worse. The bone was weaker and so it was squeezing my nerves and creating a huge amount of pain in my back. Last time I checked with my osteopathis, I think he called that a subluxation or something like that.

So at that point, I had two choices: I could keep up with what I do, which is feeding on pain killers before I go to the ring and just ignore the pain, which could result in a worse injury and a risk of having to travel in a wheelchair for the rest of my life, or I could take some time off, get the surgery and then and start a series of treatments to get it fixed. Since a wheelchair does not fit too well on a dancefloor, I don't think I need to say which one I picked, eh!

I know I should have said all that months ago, way before I take that forced sabbatical, but all this, it was so sudden, I couldn't risk to wrestle one more match and decrease the chances of success of the treatment. So I went out while I could still walk on my two legs.

But hey, it's not as bad as it may sound. The surgery was successful! Okay, I'm still followed by my osteopathis and the physiotherapist, I need a cane to walk around for a while and I'll struggle to gain the musles I lost through the process, but it could be worse than that! At least this break was enough for me to do something I always wanted to, which is moving from Philadelphia to Indianapolis! It was giving me headaches trying to sell my house there, so I just decided to revamp it and make an animal shelter with it. I had a partnership with an animal protection association there and we put the project together.

I'm not medically cleared to wrestle, and I don't expect to be cleared before a certain period, neither. But I know I will. I'll e cleared and the day I am, I'll come back here and take this company by storm and continue where I stopped earlier this year. Don't take it as fancy words, take it as a promise.

I hope you Marxxaddicts enjoyed having some news!

See you all... Sooner than you may think!
