Ziro was beginning to understand the gravity of the events to come. "Genji, as an assassin I work for whoever pays more. I'm not held down with the nostalgia for a home land. Let them come." Ziro looked to Adele, "As for you, I think that the Fire nation won't show compassion for anyone who doesn't comply with their orders."

Adele rolled her eyes, "I never expected them to. And as someone from the Earth Nation and an assassin, I hold no compassion for anyone who destroys what is mine." She said with as much venom as she could. "As you say, let them come, if they want to start a fight, I will show no mercy. But I will keep my promise to you Genji, and will show some restraint. I will only attack if they make the first move."

Genji nodded. "Thank you, Adele." He would have continued, but he turned to see Kiraka lift her head and sniff at the wind, and he was sure. "Looks like we have company."
Orin swooped down onto the makeshift camp, landing between Genji and Kiraka, and landed softly, foling his wings onto his back. He looked up at Kiraka, and said in a serpentine voice, "Fekiikiri, dask darastrix. Sjek si nomag, si ornla hefoc ekess lekar douta zexenuma." When she nodded her approval, he stepped forward, and in a more human voice, said, "Hello, Genji. I am Ixen Orin, sent by the princesses of Fire to extend an offer of fellowship and protection.

In an instant, Adele had her double-sided saber in her hand, but she was going to keep her promise, and she just stood next to Genji, "Tell me this then, Ixen Orin," she hissed, saying the man's name like it was poison, "what happened to your princesses 'offer of fellowship and protection' when you burnt an entire nation to ash?!" Usually Adele was very calm in tight situations, but when the Fire and Water Nations destroyed her home, she lost all respect for them and would not show them any kindness.

Ziro was caught by surprise as this Ixen Orin landed on the ground before him. Ziro reached for a blade slowly, but seeing as Kiraka trusted him, he move his hand to his side one more. Adele was the first to speak out. Ziro had no words to say to this man until he was adressed.

Orin's turnd a cold gaze on Adele. "I have never personaly traveled to the Earth nation, so you must speak of my nation. I am not a prince, and have no control over the actions of Fire, nor would I have any personal longings to light an entire territory ablaze. If you feel the need to become angry at the actions of Fire, you have all the right to do so. But unfortunately, it is not you I have come to speak to." He shifted to look back at Genji. "What is your answer?"
Genji thought about it for a moment. He answered, "Why are you looking for me? What are your plans?"
"We seek allies for an upcoming campaign. All who are of simalar elements, including lightning, are asked to join us. We will provide what it takes to gain support, from security to land to gold, whatever our allies require."
Genji looked over at Ziro, and asked, "What do you think?"

Ziro looked to Adele and then back to Genji, "I work for whoever pays more," Ziro looked at Orin, "As long as this campaign is for a good cause, I won't simply waltz in and raze a nation to the ground, I already have enough enemies." Ziro looked back at Genji, "I'll follow your lead."

Adele glared at Orin, she did not like this person. "So burning one nation to the ground wasn't enough for you?" Adele said with disgust, "What nation is it this time? Earth has nothing of value to you, and the newly formed Light and Dark nations have no land to take! So witch is it Dragon Boy? Air or Water?"

Orin scowled, promising himself to torch the next person that calls him 'Dragon Boy.' "That will be for our alliance to know, and all the rest to find out." He turned to Ziro. "I'm sure my Princess will be happy to pay whatever you wish, but you will have to make the deal with her." He nodded. "Once you've made your decision though, we must be off."
Genji stood thinking for a moment, the looked up with a grieved expression. "They offer the two things I need, protection and millitary support... and if they plan on war, we might come across the assasin that..." He turned to Orin. "I'm in."

Adele looked at Genji, "So you are just going to dive head in to an alliance before you even know the details about it? Thats a bit rash. What if it is Water? You will be attacking the nation that you siren friend is from, you even started a fight at a national meeting to protect her! Thats one of the reasons your a wanted man! Are you sure you can fight her because you are forced to because of an alliance that you dove into! Your practically betraying her! Think about this!" Adele exclaimed. She turned towards Ziro, "Your going to at least think about this, right?"

Ziro's mind clicked as Genji mentioned the assassin. "I know what you mean," Ziro said. "Adele, Genji and I have something in common, this something is another thing that only strenghtens our bond. It isn't exactly just diving into an alliance, it's for a cause. I'm sorry, but I'm with Genji. Your feelings for your homeland are making your thoughts rash, I think that before you contradict Genji about not thinking about, you should think about it yourself."

Genji nodded to Ziro, then Turned to Adele. "And that was back when I actualy had faith in her. She could have at least supported the fact that I was trying to help her, but she just stood there and sneered at me. I don't care if it was 'politicaly incorrect,' she turned her back on me when I tried to make up for what I had, in part, gotten her into." He jumped on Kiraka's back. "I'm sorry if you can't trust Fire for burning your land, but they are my best cance to help me avenge my family." He looked at Ziro. "Hop on. Kiraka can take us to the Fire Nation."
Orin looked solemnly pleased. "Thank you both for deciciding to join us." He set his gaze on Adele, and added, "If you ever find that your viewpoint changes about us, you will be welcomed into the aliance. Your friends will be able to concince my princess that you are trustworthy."

Adele glared at Orin, she did not like this situation one bit, "I now know of your upcoming campaign, whats stoping me from going to all of the other nations and telling them what is going on? Their is no way I am going to let the Fire Nation destroy another area." She turned to Genji and Zero, "Im sorry, I don't want us to meet again in battle, but you don't know what it feels like to loose everything you have at once. I don't want anyone else to feel that way, and if that means having to fight you on the battle field, then so be it. And you," she said pointing her double sided saber at Orin, "What are you going to do now? I have two choices in front of me go warn Air, or go warn Water, because those are the only two nations that you could possibly want something from. Are you going to try and stop me? Or are you going to go back to you Princesses and continue to play their little game of fetch until they are ready to fight?"

Genji glared at Adele, jumping up from his sitting position in rage. "You don't think I know what that feels like? I have to feel it EVERY DAY, but at least YOU actualy know who attacked what YOU cared about! I have NO CLUE WHO ATTACKED MY CLAN!! I HAD HALF OF MY FAMILY WIPED OUT IN A DAY, AND THE REST OF MY FAMILY LIED TO ME ABOUT IT FOR EIGHTEEN YEARS!!!" He trned back around, and sat, still fuming. "All I know is that it was a single ASSASSIN." He used as much emphasis as he could on the last word.
Orin was even less pleased that this earth brat was inulting Fire royalty, but he almost laughed when she failed to convince Genji to rethink his decision. When Genji was finished, Orin gestured to Adele in a fashon that conveyed she should get going if she was to warn the nations. "Even if you warned Air, why would they believe you? Air and Fire have a standing treaty, and you would just be another mud-slug trying to spite Fire for attacking you. And Water, heh, the only one that could stop us would be to busy sitting in for his portriat with the royal artisans!"

Adele listened to Ginji's outburst, her face expressionless, "Well your temper is like those of Fire." she said calmly, then she turned to Orin, "Well see about that. You would be surprised what one person can do."
