Vancione bit her lip. She couldn't help but feel sorry as she watched the food-strewn Maluit scold the teary-eyed waitress. Her pity, however, was not for the Sage, but for the waitress.
However, something was eerily wrong. For some reason, the waitress' presence was causing her to be uneasy. She didn't know why, and thus there was no reason for her to feel as such, but she still couldn't get rid of the slight bout of anxiety. Probably she was just being paranoid about the accident, as Maluit was a Sage. Vancione couldn't make up her mind.

Maluit recognized the voice, and turned to face who was speaking to her. She glanced casually around the room. Many eyes were on her. Perhaps her out burst was a little extreme, but she honestly didn't care, nor did it bother her. In her mind, it was deserved.
"Hello, Malakite," she spoke fluidly as she motioned to a chair at her table, inviting Malakite to join her. She sat in a chair to the left of the one she had been sitting in, leaving her previous one still overturned and food-covered. She checked over her book, making sure there were no food particles covering it before closing it gently. "No intention to do anything to the poor girl," she said curtly. "But I have no doubt that she did that on purpose. You know how they can be." Her voice was lined with stinging resentment. She could deal with humans, until she was provoked. This incident would probably put her in a bad mood for awhile.

"Would you like me to help you clean your cloak off?" Yue offered kind heartedly to the lady who had a huge outburst and held a light smile on her lips.
"I'm sure the girl didn't do it on purpose." While she said this, she notice a rather charming man stand near the woman on the opposite side of Yue.

Drakarth paused. The shrill notes of a flute caught his attention. The song was woven with magic. He turned his massive head toward the sound and caught sight of a human. A snarl curled Drakarth's lip. Humans. They had no respect for anything living, not even each other. Drakarth raised a clawed fist, ready to pulverize the figure when a voice caught his ear. An elvish voice. Drakarth lowered his fist. Why was he destroying this town? It wouldn't solve anything. These humans would only come after his kind with more fury than before. Bowing his head respectfully to the elf, Drakarth flapped his huge wings and departed, leaving the town in ruins.

Malakite sat with a nod at the traces of food still on the floor. "I know just as well as you how bad humans can be but we should make an effort to give them the benefit of the doubt. Not everyone is out to get us." He leaned back until the front legs of his chair left the ground. "So tell me, what brings you to these parts? The recent attacks perhaps?"

The captain of the SeaCrow looked out at the nearby Island. Unsincher was proving to be an easy grab for the entirety of the Nuefo Imperial Fleet. The wild Weavers he had heard stories about hadn't done anything yet, but he was ready for them when they did. over three hundred Weopons(Tamed weavers specifically trained for use in battle) accompanied the fleet on this campaign, 2 weavers assigned to each ship. But they hadn't been used yet, for so far the resistance had been pathetic. the locals didn't seem to be ready to cope with an organized, well trained army. He was considering taking a nap in his cabin, when the Volcano sudennly erupted.

Taki lowered his flute, shaking a little, and wiped the sweat from his brow. That was way too close for comfort, he thought. I've got to stop jumping into things without thinking. He glanced around and caught a glimpse of scared faces peeking out from around a corner. But if I hadn't interfered, these people wouldn't be alive... Taki turned his full attention to the elf in front of him. Her long hair rippled in the wind caused by the great dragon's wings. Her outfit was simple and plain. A long staff lay by her side. Still kneeling, she was looking up at where the dragon had disappeared with a sad expression. Taki sucked in his breath when he saw the staff. That design... could it be? He tried to sense how much power was in the staff and was nearly bowled over. The staff had tremendous amounts of power - quiescent, and yet ready for use as soon as its master commanded it. The boy gulped. There was no question about it - an elf with this much power could only be the Earth sage. Forcing down his awe, Taki approached the elf. "Hey," he said to draw her attention. He scratched his head. "That, um... that was a pretty powerful speech you gave. Do you know why that dragon might have attacked this town?"
((Thank you, Lord Melvin, for returning! I was getting a little worried. ^_^))

((no problem. i have a knack for jumping back in at just the right moment.))
Drakarth flew several miles out of town before settling down in a remote part of the woods. As he touched down, he shrank, his massive form condensing. When the transformation was complete, all that remained of the great dragon was a man. Drakarth stretched. He hated this form, but it was the safest way to travel. Sniffing the air, he turned back towards the town. A gust of wind rose up, and Drakarth shot forth like a bullet from a gun.

Maluit waved to her cloak with quick sharp motions of her hand. "Feel free, girl. I've given up on it," she spoke curtly, annoyance still laced through her voice.
She released a heavy, drawn out sigh and turned to Malakite. She relaxed her features, unclenching her jaw and slouching her shoulders. "I suppose you could be right, but I still think she did it on purpose," she grumbled while rolling her eyes. She crossed her arms across her chest and leaned back, pressing her back against the chair. "The attacks, yes," she trailed off for a moment, thinking briefly on it, "I will admit the news of it was a bit unsettling, but I do not know much over it." She flicked a piece of food across the table then glanced over at Malakite, "Do you know anything?"

With a sharp sigh Malakite placed his chair legs back on the ground. "To be honest, no." He sighed, resting his elbows on the table. "I came to try and dig up some information but people either don't know anything or are so tight lipped they might as well have lock-jaw."
"On another note: I find it a little odd that so many Sages have converged here at the same time. Curiosity is one thing, but it's downright uncanny that so many of us would be drawn to the same inn in the same town."

((Sorry guys, I had some issues with the move, and my boss upped my hours.))
Sal had completely lost track of where he was and who was with him. He had to get out now, before he did something he regretted. "Excuse me," he said vaugly to Vancione, hardly remembering their conversation a moment before. He managed to go out the door of the inn, and to somewhere somewhat quieter. He was just calming down when he got the feeling that there was something he should be thinking about. He recognized the psionic contact at once, and gave it room to grow.
"Who is it?"
"Fentor. Boss, this is bad."
"What's going on?"
"The volcano is erupting."
This was bad.
"Well, evacuate everyone. The volcano will destroy Unsicher and Phe Ching. Make sure everyone gets out!"
"Boss, everyone's clear. It's just that well...Aren't you worried they might discover guild secrets?"
"No. I burned everything before I left or relocated it to Sentraville."
"You knew he'd do this?
"Well, no. But I find being prepared helps. Magic Halls seem to be his targets. Why? I want you to put everything you've got into researching this guy. Someone must have something on him. Find out."
"Yes, boss."
"Come on, Heph. We've wasted enough time here." Sal teleported.

(Blast you, Sal! I knew I should have finished my battle before you had time to meddle! If only I had internet access sooner...) Admirral Jaques Korralle, captain of the RotenDraken nearly fell over with the shock of the initial blast. He pulled himself up in time to see the SeaCrow sinking with its masts ablaze. Another of the ships was sinking, and four others besides his own appeared to be heavily damaged. Cursing with rage, he gestured to the two weopons assigned to his ship, as other Captains across the fleet were doing. Tamer and Weopon focused on the volcano as one, hardly blinking and muttering under their breath. By the sheer power of over two hundred mages all working together, the lava spewing out of the volcano was being shoved back into the volcano against its obvious will.
(gotta run now...Ill conclude soon.)

Yue took the cloak and took some water still left in her hair and soak it into the cloak and with the fluid movement of her hand, all the dirt and grim from and before the accident flushed out. Yue carried the dirt in a floating sphere of water and placed the dry, clean cloak on the table and walked away outside and splashed it on the side. Came back in and just slumped at a random seat in the bar.
'I should return to the water hall soon. But who here knows where the air sage is?' "Ahh!" She screamed in frustration and slumped even lower. Several people just glanced at Yue and back to there own business. 'I really should go back. Finding the sage or not, he can't bring them back... I'll just take one night of rest before returning to Billet. Besides if anything was to happen. They will send Dawn over.'
~ Somewhere near by, a torrent of water swept by in furry. As it launches out and takes solid form on land, it dashed with great hurry with its internal instinct of the location of where his master is. No one knew what it was until it stopped in front of a Tavern. Dry from running he pushed the double sided doors and scanned for his master when he spotted the familiar gray headed figure and rushed towards her.
Yue sensed something coming and when it was right behind her she hurriedly created a hearing barrier around the two. As she turned swiftly around and landed her eyes below at her most trusted messenger, Dawn, the water imp.
"HAG! You must return to Billet this instant! Fleets of ships and ocean waves shaking from around the Isle is most likely sending messages that the Volcano is about to erupt! The hall will not move with out your command! Hurry!" The small imp had to say no more. Yue left in a hurry yelling something out loud like canceling her room and left. She used the water from the bath in her room to grab her items and dropped outside from the window as she exited the tavern in a hurry.
"Dawn, you are much faster, go, tell the hall to be on defensive position around the border where the land meets the sea and to keep everything in control until I arrive. GO, NOW!" She shouted with all her might and ran at a paced which was a blur to human eyes and transformed to her horse form. Dashing as fast as she can, her sword and extra clothing to replace the torn ones now, are riding on her back. Dawn passed Yue and left to tell of her command.
'Bad time to look for someone Yue!' She thought to her self as she plunged herself to the river and transformed to her water form and traveled in speeds no one else can surpass under water besides Dawn.

"Vancione!"
Vancione turned her head towards the source of the voice. She recognized that voice, but did not like the sense of trouble and nervousness injected clearly into it. She left the table and rushed towards Sahara Hiller, the Sage of Time.
"What is it, Sahara?" asked Vancione. Sahara was one of the Sages she trusted the most, the parents of both having been murdered by the same person.
"The Unsicher Volcano has erupted. At least two hundred mages were there, trying to control its eruption, but the volcano wasn't strong enough to stand the combined magic and the unnatural stopping of the eruption," said Sahara anxiously.
"Vancione's heart stopped at that. "'Was'? That volcano has stood throug tough times through so many years."
"I was able to invoke a vision of it, and..." Sahara gulped. "It's already too late."
Vancione began to panic. Her mind working quickly, she said, "Sahara, go back in time. Use your Earth powers to build a stone wall and protect as many homes as you can!"
"What? I can do that, but what about you? You're jeopardizing your position as Sage!"
