Kyu's voice came out muffled and filled with laughter. "I would like to see someone try and steal my fluff...that would be..rather entertaining." She rolled around Mandy in a circle and was happy that she was able to add a little cheer into this young Dragonfly's life. Youth should be filled with good times...becuase not every elder has it in them to roll around the ground in a ball of fluff.

Kyu trust her front paws down and stopped her rolling swaying a bit. Her tails falling back down around her as if she was being covered by a fluffy blanket. She scoffed softly and laughed. "What ..dare I ask... would you wish to do as an elder? " Then laughing a little harder she let her swaying lean far enough to tilt her so that she fell onto her tail fluff. "and you right..I think I'm just about the only elder who could pull that off."

Kyu smiled at Mandy and put a tail around her."You are already quite strong Mandy in many ways, and if your father can't see that then perhaps he is not as strong minded as he wishes he was. As for your wings...I'm sure that they will catch the eye of some lucky dragonfly." She winked at Mandy and chuckled. "I know I find them attractive."

"Well think of it this way...all of our wings are useless...and purely for aesthetic purposes...and yours my dear..are different. They are unique and special. They will love them for th same reason they love my tails. As for the bad mood...trust me..there are some males you can't bite to get them away from you. You just have to meet the right one...and that requires traveling and meeting others..but you already travel..so as long as you don't hide from them i see no issues."

Kyu winked again."Oh they have lots of things to say about them...and not all of them are appropriate for civil conversation" she chuckled and waved her tails about playfully framing her face. "Have you met anyone..you know, special Mandy?"

Kyu raised an eyebrow and wondered just who this Elder, her father, thought he was? He must be a real a** if his daughter feared him chasing away her mate. "Mandy, your relationships will not be your parents...or your friends...but your own. Don't fear what has happened to them...for they are not you. Also..any mate that would run away from the father is not worth having as a mate to begin with."

Kyu's eyes darkened a little as both Kimmi and Zoro filled her mind. She had to of guess that this topic would chase away her light and childlike mood..but sometimes Kyu just wasn't that prepared. "Yes....and at the same time no. Being afraid is a part of love. We never know what is going to happen..or who will come along..all we know is that we hold love for another being...and we hope that that love will always be reciprocated. While love is a hard thing to bare..I couldn't bare going through life without it."
