I'm pretty sure the one with Balthier just came out recently.
The website I ordered them from had added the 3rd volume to their stock on May 2nd.
They were only $6.20 each.
It came to about $28.60 for all three, including S/H.
I ordered Tuesday morning, it shipped Tuesday afternoon and came today.
Not bad.
