Is "Oh My Goth" a poetry book? That quote looks kind of like a poem. Is it a good book?

it's a good book but it's not a poetry book. it's about a goth girl who gets sent into a virtual reality where everything is opposite and she has to team up with her worst enemy to figure out how to escape.
