"No, I am fine. Thank you for the gesture, Allahdri. What i really want to do is speak to you mother." Silver Fox said as she turned to her mother. "Is that ok if I do?"

Allahdri and then went off to play with her brother and some of her friends. Her mother looked at Silver Fox and nodded Yes of course dear. Oh and go ahead and call me Tamie...that's fine with me. Her tail swished back and forth and she then asked What exactly did you want to ask me about?

"I need to know more about this island and the war that is going on. And I know I look human. It's a long story of how I ended up this way." Silver fox said to Tamie and looked at the two nine tailed foxes. "I can sense that they will play a big part in this war. they will have to grow up fairly quickly, like I did. If I am right, I will try to protect them as best I can."

Tamie looked over at her two children and then said back to Silver Fox You see....some of the people and creatures of this island grew tired of the war the royals were ruling it and over all treating the people and creatures on it. So they rebeled against the monarchs. The monarchs are fighting back just as viciously as the rebels are. Our people tend not to get in such affairs aslong as it has nothing to do with territory and food. Allahdri and Uro...I know they'll get involved someway, but for as long as I can keep them out of the war....and safe at home...I'll try my hardest.

"The winds of change are coming..." Silver Fox said this in the literal sense. She could read the wind due to her circumstance of existance, and saw in it a terrible fate for the foxes if the two did not fight. "I thank you for the information. And I know that you have questions for me, like how a human like myself can speak your language." She said.

Tamie's tail stopped swishing back and forth and she then said "If you tell me or not is up to you. Speaking fox is all I really need to be convinced really..." She then paused and said " Though I am curious to know...if you'd be so kind as to tell me."

"It's time to tell a little story then. I wasn't originally human. I was originally, a dangerous demon fox that could control the wind. Using this power, I terrorized the northern part of Japan until the I was injured in a fight with demon hunters, and was forced to take human form by inhabiting an unborn child still in the mother's womb. Because the woman gave birth to a demon, she died soon after giving birth to me. l grew up normally, having no signs of my wind powers and no knowledge of her previous life until one day, my 16 birthday. My powers awakened. I couldn't control my power, and I ripped my father into peices with that power. And when his blood splashed on me, the memories of my previous life flashed before her eyes. At that moment, realizing what I was, I decided to run away from the life she once had and make a new life to atone for the sins she committed in my previous life, and the horrible deed she had just committed. And so I did just that. I ran away and tried to use her powers to help people in the name of my previous form, the Silver Fox. Over the next 12 years, I learned the Li-Lin Battle Dance fighting art and she did many great things and saved many people's lives. But I still have dreams about that day, the day when I lost everything." Silver Fox said as she finished.

Tamie nodded slightly and then said in a motherly tone " You poor dear. I'm so sorry to hear that, but you've seemed to turn her life around and that is the good thing. The important thing is that you're trying to atone for her sins though it isn't your faul really. You may stay here as long as you'd like....

"And now I go wherever the wind takes me. And it took me to this island. I was chosen to come here to try to end this war. At least, That's what the wind tells me." Silver fox said. "You know, when most creatures find out what I really am, they either stay away from me, or try to kill me."

" We're all living beings....no need to make more reasons for war...." Tamie said as she then glanced over at her two children and then said "For whatever reason you are here....and however you got here. You are here now and this is where you'll stay until you fnd another place to go...

Tamie looked at Silver Fox and gave a foxish smile before getting up as well and turning "No problem, I am a mother and wife. Listening becomes quite easy after a couple of years..." She then went back down into the den and laid down. Allahdri glanced over at Silver Fox and noticed that they appeared to be done talking and she took a few steps back towards them when one of her friends tackled her and rolled over and laughed slightly as she pawed and clawed at her friend.

Ficus was confused. She was unsure whether or not to respect Silver fox for a demon or hate her for a human. She glanced at Allahdri and her brother romping around playfully.
Ficus blinked. It was so different from her home. There had been no play in her life - at first only work. Then training for battle. There was discipline and obediance; no humor or kindness. And the only joy she knew was the joy of a victory after battle.
Yet she remembered vaguely one of the goblin elders saying that the clan had not always been that way before the humans came, before the goblins found the humans killing the forest life.

Tamie nodded and then said," They are children....it is good that they are happy. Not realizing how depressing this world really is....they can see the great joys in life without the bad..."
Allahdri giggled as only a fox could and then jumped over on her brother and they both ended up rolling into the lake that was in the middle of this secret oasis. Coming up from the lake a few moments later they were dripping wet from the water and they both shook off and looked at each other and then they laughed.
