((well when they are spirits they are....however thier physical being resembles much thier size in life. when they were alive, thier wolf form was that big...however in thier ethereal existance they are not that large...i should have explained that....sorry))

Zeph smirked, then he turned back towards the direction of the town they had just come from, "But it would have been so much easier if you allowed me to just take him. Oh, I know---you enjoy making this tough for me, right?"
Zeph looked back at Shinzui, waiting for a reply.

I've been human before...don't want to go there again," Zeph stuck his tongue out before he trotted off, leaving Shinsui with the unconscious man, Maybe I should just have one big meal inside the town. I'm sure tree creatures wouldn't want to go too far into town.

Zeph stopped, then stared at Shinsui. A big mischievous grin spread across his face, "And I will still try, just to spite you. I don't think you can stop me from trying...unless you turned me into a statue or human...some crazy shmoo like that. But I really doubt you have any abilities like that."
He looked over his shoulder, "I wouldn't be surprised if something came along and ate that guy back there. And here he could have been in my stomach instead."

Then he licked the part of his tail that had Shinsui's blood on it, "So that's what wolf tastes like...needs some salt though..."
