The only one who actually replies to me in my head is /her/ and they are two very different things indeed.... I think he is a male... At the Journey Drumming Workshop, he had antlers...

I'm not sure if this is a spirit guide or not but I dream frequently of wolves and sometimes images of them will flash in my head at random moments. there one in particular that I see he's either a grey or timber wolf (here's a quick sketch of him that I drew one day wolf) I'm pretty sure he's a juvenile male definitely not an alpha because his tail is down and has a playful spirit. big paws that look too awkward for the rest of his body that's why I think Juvenile. it's weird because some night i swear i can feel myself running with them I've always felt like that since i was a little kid I’ve always dreamed of running with the wolves. I need to have dogs near me it just a thing i have. (you should see my bed at night there me and my two shih tzu's Lacey sleeps in my hair and Jasper sleeps on my face) although i do not know his name. Is he my spirit guardian?

That is denfintly a possibility. i wouldn't doubt it. Look it up and see what the meaning of having a wolf has a "totem' I call it.

here's what i got for a wolf totem Quote: Keywords Teacher, Individuality, Group Consciousness, Loyalty, Guardianship , Spirituality Role: ~The Teacher~ Medicine: Shapeshifting Scientific name: Canis Lupus In Native American traditions, Wolf is said to be "teacher" medicine. Humans have followed Wolf for millennia, studying Wolf's ways of the hunt, learning from their social structure. Wolf is allied with Sirus, the Dog Star, and it is said in many cultures, that our ancestors and teachers came from there. This is agreed upon by Australian Aborigines, and the Dogon tribe of Africa, as well as certain Native American tribes. Wolf has much to teach us, if only we will listen. Wolf is allied to the moon and lunar energies, teaching us to respect our emotions and unconscious urges. Respect for the wildness of our animal natures, and willingness to face the dark within ourselves is an imperative for Wolf people. Trust in the unspoiled nature of your Child/Wolf self. Because the Moon rules psychic perception, Wolf people should work on learning to trust their intuition and psychic urges, to listen for the still small voice within. The communal nature of Wolf's culture and hunting helps us to learn to cooperate to achieve a goal. Wolf people make good "team players" and are fiercely loyal to those they consider part of their pack. They often have strong leadership qualities, however they must often learn to balance their tendency for "social dominancing." As a predator, Wolf culls the sick and weak of the herd. Wolves are often quick to scent when a situation is "sick," and will work to change it. It is important that they learn to lead the situation gently, and without tearing others apart, or the pack may turn on them. Wolf's capacity for communication suggests that Wolf people should learn to utilize the strength of their voice and to be aware of their body language. When dealing with Wolf people, listening for the nuances of vocal tone and watching their motions will help in gaining an understanding of them. Wolves often make excellent bards and storytellers. Ritual is very important to Wolf. Both the little rituals of day-to-day conduct, and the bigger rituals of lunar howling. Whatever their spiritual beliefs, Wolf people will feel more in tune when they honor and re-link (the actual meaning of the word "religion") with the life force. for the most part the description is true and the funny thing is they are the teaches and I want to become a teacher so i guess it's good that the wolf is my totem.

I have a few spirit guides/totems that influence my daily life.
For starters, my personal totem is a fox: Fox people are the embodiment of patience, wisdom, intelligence, adaptibility. Not that I'm gloat here, I'm nothing close to Einstein.
The fox is seen as living between both the worlds and pose as a link between realms. They represent invisibility and have a nack for sneaking around and going unnoticed, unless of course, they want to be seen.
Foxes, much like myself, are noctunal creatures.
Fox people take great pride in thier hair, lol...and this is true...That is the on thing I am vain about; my hair. This is because the fox relies on the thick hair of it's tail to keep itself warm during the cold winter months. They say that fox people who are feeling depressed or bored should get thier hair cut to invoke change.
I realized my totem animal was the fox about 3 years ago.
I went to a Martial Arts training camp as part of a quest for spiritual fulfilment. On the first morning I was there, during our mile long run before breakfast, I found myself (being completely out of shape as far as running was concerned) at the very end of the group...the last runner to come in, and I was still about 1/2 mile out.
I hadn't realized that one of the camp coordinators had come up behind me and I about jumped out of my skin when I heard a voice from behind say, "Did you know you're being followed by a fox?"
Sure s**t, I turned around and there was a red kit about 3 feet behind me, just watching me, sniffing my trail, and watching me with that foxy curiosity!
I got really excited and was going to try to coax it over, but the instructor told me I needed to finish my run so everyone else could go to breakfast. Needless to say, that was my only encounter with the fox.
About 5 months ago, I started having dreams of foxes and didn't really put anything together until my Anthropology teacher got on the topic of totem animals. He said that when the time was right, your animal would present itself to you. Thats when I realized through spirit meditations that my animal was indeed the fox.
My other animals are the crow and spider.
I recently had a mantis come into my life which I believe is a sign that it is time to move to the next phase with my Martial Arts Training as well as my life in gerenal.
Anyway, sorry to be long winded...belive it or not, this is the short verson!

The Frog There are numerous species of frogs found all over the world. Their bodies are designed for jumping and their sharp eyes help them capture their prey, mostly insects. Because the frogs eyes bulge out from the sides of the head they are able to see in nearly all directions. This provides them with excellent depth perception.
Frogs have a well developed sense of hearing. Behind each eye is a large disked membrane, an external eardrum that picks up sound waves and transmits them to the inner ear and then to the brain. This coupled with their exceptional sight give them both clairsentient and clairvoyant abilities.
The frog produces sound similar to the way humans do by forcing air from the lungs over the vocal cords. Their variety of complex calls from ribbets to croaks associates it with language. Those with this totem have the potential to take command of the spoken word and are often bilingual.
Tree frogs are strong jumpers and despite their toes being only half webbed they are also strong swimmers. One of the most interesting characteristics of the tree frog is the changing of its colors from bright red, green, orange, to aqua. Color change is brought about through the stimuli of light and moisture which create physiological change and result in contraction or expansion of the pigment cells in the skin. These bright colors appear on flanks, groin, surface of the thighs and the belly and serve in species recognition or in confusing predators. One species native to South America has brightly colored eyespots on its rump. When approached by a predator, the frog lowers its head, elevates its rump thus confronting the predator with a seemingly much larger head. The study of color and its affects on a persons psyche is helpful.
With the exception of a few species, most frogs do not care for their young. They mate and then abandon their eggs. Because of this lessons associated with survival are common in frog medicine people. Scientists believe that the health of frog populations reflect the health of the eco system as a whole.
Because frogs are found in water and on land they hold the magic of both. Water has long been associated with emotional cleansing. Mud the combination of earth and water is used in healing therapies to rid the body of toxins. Because those with this medicine are extremely sensitive the use of mud baths is advised.
The frog is a totem of metamorphosis. Most frogs undergo a two stage life cycle. Eggs hatch into tadpoles which grow and eventually become adults. This signifies the awakening of ones creativity. When frog leaps into a persons life it is an invitation to jump into their creative power. To do this it is helpful to know which stage of life you are presently in. By studying the characteristics of the frog the discovery of your present life cycle is known.

It might be nice if it was ever quite enough and clean enough (you would not belive how much clutter you can fit into a small apartment) to try and meditate. I really would like to open a channal of communitcation with some of my gods. Esp. Artemis. I do belive I got the message she was trying to give me last year. Came across the answer a while back. xd She might have more to say.

When I see my totems, they normally come to me in the weridest ways. I was sitting on a porch of a log cabin in thewoods. When Three bears and a hedgehog walked up to me.
They all seemed to be a happy little family. They were all very friendly with me and sat with me . They all left by the end of the dream.
The dream with the panther recently. I was sitting on a park bench and two panthers approached me. One stayed a little farther back and the other came up and put their paw on my leg. She said it was time for her to come back into my life again. I asked her what should I all her and she said "Sasha". I asked are you sure? ( because my husbands sister name is sasha) and she said that she was sure, stop questioning her, she should know her own name.
One with the leopard: I was standing in a back yard and there were several leopards around. I turned my back and was trying to get out of theyard and one came up from behind me circled around to my front and pounced me. She was licking me and hugging me. I did a little bit of research about the leopard. They never attack from the front. They always attack their pray from behind.
Frog: I was getting frog tattoos on my arms in a dream. The one on my right arm was blue, red and black.
Raven: In the same dream with the frog, I was getting a raven tatoo also
Spider: I have seen many spiders in my dream. ( really do not like them) But they do have a lesson to teach.

I think my spirit guide is my cat because everytime I see her she guides me to her food dish...oh wait, that's not a spirit guide. Never mind.
