"Already going off," Donovan replied drly, "Lin be good and try to make it back in time for dinner."

Lin grinned taking a hold of Miyu's hand since she was sure Miyu wanted to come too.

"Alright! I promise! Later!"

Aliya's eyes sparkled with excitement. "Ah, everyone that I've been hearing about, who visited when I was a baby but whom I haven't seen since and don't remember."

She took the basket carefully in both hands and started towards the door. "Come on, let's go outside," she begged Feng eagerly. "I want to see everyone!"

Feng laughed softly as she followed Aliya towards the door and out of it. It look like she got her friend's interest.

"Well the others have already headed towards the Ranch, Ryu, and I took Tao here."

"Mi?" Miyu blinked looking behind her to see the other two that were coming.

She didn't know what was so interesting, but she knew that the two hung around Lin quite a lot.

"Well if they want to see Mr. Tall-Dark-And-Scary sure," Toshiro murmured.

Though he would have to admit there wasn't anything really scary about Aragost, not unless you were an adult, now that was a different.

"Ah well, you'll be here a while, I'm sure," Aliya grinned as she headed outside. "There will be plenty of chances to see the others, but I want to see Ryu again too."

She headed out to where her parents were sitting with the other children and Ryu and the playful griffin.

"Ryu!" she called out brightly, waving with her free hand, very careful not to jostle the basket with the sleeping infant. "Hi!"

"Aliya!" Ulani exclaimed, whirling around at her daughter's voice. "What are you doing? He's only a week old!"

"He'll be fine," Aliya retorted, "I'm not a fool, Mum. He's warmly wrapped. And I wanted to see Ryu, and since he wasn't coming in I had to come out - not to mention, it seems that the kids are going to have a new pet and I'd like to check her out."

"Don't slow down for us," Starr grinned at Lin, "we can keep up."

She lifted the hem of her kimono so that she could run faster, since she knew that Storm could run faster than her anyways.



Elnara opened the door to the house again and stepped inside hesitantly.

"Hello?" she called out. "Anyone here?"

Lin nodded as she made a beeline for the barracks as usual. After all that was where she could find the people they were looking for.... most of the time.

Donovan stepped in and looked around, it seemed quiet enough but he was sure someone was here.

"I'm sure someone in come in a moment," he assured Elnara.

As Arwen stepped out into the hallway, Haradhel also appeared, but from the directon of the dining room. Her long hair was loose, unbraided, for once, and it fell to her thighs in thick black ripples. Her stomach was rather large yet again, her size indicating that she was about halfway through another pregnancy.

"Elnara!" she exclaimed happily, her dark eyes lighting up with pleasure upon seeing her sister-in-law. "Donovan ... and ... everyone else." She laughed. "Wow. This is going to be a full house. Come in, come in, make yourselves comfortable. Arwen ..."

She looked around for her daughter. "Arwen, take everyone's bags and take them upstairs to the bedrooms."

Arwen peered past her mother at the crowd of guests. "I want to see everyone first, Mama," she protested. "I haven't met most of them yet!"

Ryu chuckled at the little baby as he put an arm around Aliya as a one armed hug, "He's a cute kid Aliya, I'll love to spend time with him when he wakes up."

Tao looked back at Adwin and blinked in a confused manner as if she had forgotten about the kids, which she hadn't but she curiousity was building. Carefully getting up to avoid stepping on the fledgings she made her way over to Aliya curiously. Her head down as she peered up at Aliya.

"Pree?"

Kara's eyes widen at the sight of Haradhel, "You're expecting!"

She grinned at the by this point older woman.
