"If you really don't want to, let's do something else, just keep that offer in mind, and you can take me up on it at any time. I know you're going to want it...You'll be more and more curious, until eventually you won't be able to resist. You'll want me to tell now that you know I have things to tell. Of course, everyone does, it's just I solidified it by saying that. It makes it real, and being real makes it something you can have." He turned his head back, smiling. "Aren't I just so devious and cruel?" He said in a seemingly playful manner. Seeming, but it was up to her to notice if he was or wasn't.

Justyn drifted to sleep in under the shade of the tree. In his thoughts once again he was visited by the stranger. The man with the white hair and eyes that looked like they could see into your soul--all the wrong you'd ever done. In other words, Justyn's eyes and hair, before he was a panther. It was Johnny again, his split personality. Immediately he was on guard, but only in his mind. The threw a vicious stab at Johnny's being, and Johnny disappeared."You can't hurt me. I'm fluid like water, because I'm not here to fight you. You see that man with Cat, don't you? You, too, have recognized him. I being the slave half of your brain cannot scream out his name, but rather it must be you to realize him. Do it soon, you know you have a gut feeling like I do that some thing's not normal about him, and I'm tired of that feeling being ignored. It wears on my nerves. You know not to anger me. Don't test me either, I will rule you.""STOP IT! LEAVE ME ALONE!! Why are you so bent on making Cat miserable?! You're the one with the gut feeling, not me! If it weren't for you I wouldn't feel there was anything wrong with Charles!" He screamed this to himself--to Johnny--to deaf ears.Johnny only shook his head, "You don't know how wrong you are."
"I know how wrong YOU are! You just hate Cat. You've attacked her! That's right, I know it now! I've seen the smile on your face in the exchange that you and her shared, and it came to me in my exchange with her. I saw YOU. Do you just want to hurt her because you know it'll hurt me?! You want me to ruin it because she'll be angry at me and that will hurt me, right? I'm not going to listen to you. If I'm not your slave, then I don't have to listen to you, BEGONE!""Fool..." Johnny disappeared in a black smoke, and nothing was left for Justyn but darkness and emptiness, so in effect he'd caused Justyn to then wake up.

"When you say it like that, you sound full of yourself." She smirked and turned to look into the section she'd left Caleb.
The light haired boy jogged up, with more books in his hands then Cat had. "Time to check out?" he asked.
Cat smiled and nodded. "Yeah, we need to be heading home." She pointed Caleb toward the Check out counter before reaching in her bag for her library card. "You wanna walk home with us?" she asked Charles.

This wass most interesting to Papyrus. He decided to see the oputcome of this. The fact that one seemed to know him made it even better. He shut the book he held and followed them out from a distance.

"Heh, okay, if you'd still want me around, I'll take that offer. I'd love to." He followed just barely keeping up. "I know love is a strong word. I can't wait to hear it, though. I want to really know if you love me or not, but let's not rush. We can start out with liking. I know you like me...If you think you can answer the question, then I'll ask it. Do you love me? You don't have to answer."

"Alright then, I won't." she grinned, but she was serious. "I like you Charles, what I don't like is rushing into things, or feeling like I'm being pushed, which is something your doing. I really do wish you'd just slow down." she placed her books on teh counter and handed her card to the librarian.
Tracey stamped each book, and logged them into the computer before handing them back. "Alright, the books are due back in three weeks. Have a nice day." She smiled.
Cat smiled back and took her books. "Thank you." she headed for the door where Caleb was waiting.

"Maybe it's true that I've been trying to ask you for something sooner than you were willing to give it, but I'm not rushing you. You've always got the choice to say no to me. The question really is, would you?" He smiled. "I've got no problem with you saying no. We'll just carry along as normal. But why have normal when you can have...extraordinary?" He thought about his terms. "I think I need to make something clear, though. If you would choose to do so because of me, it would be yours what to do further. If you kissed me or confessed to loving me, then I wouldn't do anything more. Once we get passed that point, it's all in your hands how fast we go. I promise you that much. Let me die a horrible death and burn forevermore if I'm lying, I promise you." He took a long pause looking deep in her eyes.
After the scene was done, he turned, walking again. "But like I said, doing it in the first place is your choice. You're going to have to work for it now that you've made me wait. The longer you wait, the harder it will be."

Quietly hiding in the shadows, Papyrus was ready tto intervene if thins went bad for the girl.
It had turned out she wasn't on the list. Rather, she was unexpectedly pulled off for seemingly no reason.

Cat put the books in her bag and took hold of Caleb's hand. "Fine with me, I have amazing self control, and as it stands, I don't really need physical contact with someone to reassure that I have feelings for them, or vice versa." She shrugged and smirked. "However, how long do you think you'll last? You keep saying it's my choice, yet you hold it above my head by saying the longer I wait the harder it'll be. Kind of a double edged sword don't you think? Not the greatest weapon ya know, they tend to hurt the user too."
Caleb sighed and shook his head. He'd seen guys try to hook up with his sister before, but this wasn't going well at all, or at least from his stand point. He kept quiet as they walked though.

It's an offer and nothing more, if you'd been any other, I would not say anything, and further, I would not allow 'physical contact.' I should definitely note that I'm not trying to hook up with you. Surprising, but true. It's an offer, no more. I share some secrets if you share a kiss or a confession. Really, it's mostly a trade off. Who knows, I might ask more for my secrets...Maybe I'll ask something different. Maybe money. Maybe not. Maybe I'll just add more. You see? It's nothing to do with the kiss, or whether you love me. "To confide in someone is to trust them. I have absolutely no idea what I've done to gain such trust, but I happy to know I have it. I wouldn't kiss you though just to learn secrets, furthermore, I wouldn't want to hear them after doing so, as it feels like payment. If you have secrets to tell, I would rather you tell me when your good and ready." She looked at him, giving him a sincere smile.

"Well, don't mind it either way. I'm not battling for a kiss or to be loved. I would be good and ready if I knew you were committed to learning them. It's really not about payment, it's really not anything. It's just there, I guess. I realized I may have been wrong about my intentions, but either way...Hmm...wait, let me think of it this way." A deep breath came and was let out. "I would want to be shown I wasn't wasting them. If I don't mean anything to you, neither will what I have to say." He again wasn't intending to persuade her, just to explain. "That's what needs to be said, and I'm content to leave it there. There's much more we could be doing. Much more fun things."

Cat nodded. "We'll get there with time." She stepped up onto the stairs of the apartment and into the hallway that went to the door. She let go of Caleb's hand and gave him the keys to unlock the door. "Thank you for going with me and Caleb to the library, it was fun."

"You're welcome. I'm glad you enjoyed it." He gave a smile. Oh how he was on his best behavior now. "What's on the agenda for tomorrow? If you don't have plans, and if you are willing to trust me, then make sure you pick out something fancy, then give me a call, please." He gave an open-mouth smile. He knew using his good looks and charm wasn't the way, so he stopped attempting it, hoping only for a natural one to rise out. Hoping, but relying on his personality solely.
