Carisile put a hand on Bella's forehead.
"you're starting a fever, so if you don't move, that would be a help, and im afraid that the guests must leave, except for Aubry, i think she has some explaining to do... some that i overlooked." he looked at Aubry.
Aubry was very calm. she turned to Edward first.
"i did not do it, before you blame me, but if i should want to help, which i do, then i think that she should walk around for a bit and drink lots of water..." she suggested. she glanced at Bella's ankle. "that's not going to help one bit though..." she turned back to Carisile. "i will not explain anything with so many people around, to whom i do not trust..."

He sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose with his thumb and forefinger. "I trust you for now, as you are a friend of Carisile," he mumbled, holding back his urge to yell at her.
Sam easily avoided her. "Leave. Now.Do not come back until you have worked things out with yourself," he snarled, turning away to leave with the pack. Lex was left there, standing all alone on the beach. "No surprises," she mumbled, heading for the large piece of driftwood she and Edward used to talk on when there were no wolves around.

(((changed my mind... im bringing Jacob back in! just because Lex brought the perfect opportunity... so, thanks... but im not bringing him in until later...)))
"if you want to yell at me, go ahead... im not afraid of some mind reading vampire..." Aubry snarled. she was not in a good mood anymore. she paused, taking a deep breath. "srry... i get ahead of my mouth sometimes..."
"anyway... i think we could get some privacy in my study... and if she says that Bella should walk around and drink water, then make sure she does so..." Carisile told Edward. after they were in his office, Carisile rubbed his temples. "ok... explain. now."

Bella could feel a few beads of sweat on her face, and she didn't feel like walking all that much, she was a bit weak, and she was extremly hot.
"I was wondering why it was so hot in here....." she muttered, realizing how hot she really was, and even worse, she was in a sweater and jeans with a camisole underneath.
Alice looked at Edward, extremly concerned. "Edward, I'm getting a bad vibe from Aubry....I don't think she likes the idea of you marrying Bella..."
Bella looked up abruptly, "W-WHat?!!" she said really raspy.
Alice shushed her, "Don't talk. I just don't like her vibe...."

((please put punctuation marks when your character is talking please Sasukisgirlfriend15!!! it gets very agitating.... and why is everybody against Aubry?!? crying she's not bad!!!))
"alright... apparently, a few months back, there was a message from the Voultri..." she saw Carisile cringe, but went on. "saying that they wanted to have me be in their guard, i of course declined it, and went on with life, and they didn't respond back.... then i got a warning from their tracker, ol' what's-his-face... and then life went on, and then i got attacked by some humans that were in a gang, and they were working for a vampire, but they didn't know who... obviously it wasn't the Voultri, so i did some research, and found out that it was my very own sister... and that she wants to kill me for some stupid reason. and the Voultri have not responded back since i mailed them their tracker..."
"wait... you mailed them their tracker?" Carisile asked, looking up at her with an eyebrow raised.
"um... he was still in one piece, but he was injured... i mean, what did you expect? he attacked me!" Aubry defended herself. Carisile shook his head. "so i was wondering if you could like, lend me a room? your "kids" must hate me or something... i could feel it... and then what happened to Bella... i have no idea what happened there..."
"wait, you have no idea what happened?" Carisile asked.
"no, not at all! though i think it has something to do with the gang... but they didn't seem smart enough for it... you might just have a poisoned water system, but i would have to check..." Aubry told him. she got up. "i think we should tell everybody not to drink the water for a while..."
Carisile got up as well. they both walked downstairs.
"i suggest that none of us drink the water for a while, Aubry thinks it might have been poisoned... also, if the Cullens and Bella could come into the room where Bella is in, i have something to say to you all... Aubry, if you could discuss random things to the other guest, i would appreciate it..."
"sure, why not?" she turned to Selene. "we should go into the piano room." she went to the piano room and sat at the piano. "so, who are you again?"

((They arn't against Aubry....Alice just felt a wierd vibe, since she wasn't discussing anything, and jumped to the wrong conclusion...she's being overprotective, like Edward....I was gonna explain that later....))
Bella discarded her sweater, dropping it to the ground, she was still hot, but she would try to deal with it. "Alice....is it just me...or is it REALLY getting hot?" she knew she had a fever, and she felt horrible, She moved herself to sit up against the couch, looking up at Carlisle and waiting paitiently for him to talk, while Alice got up and got her a blanket as she started to get the chills as well.
"What is it, Carlisle?" Alice asked, draping the blanket about Bella's shoulders,"What's going on?"

Edward nodded. "Yes, it was..." his voice trailed off. A wave of saddness swept over him. He had really missed Lex...

He looked away, wishing he could answer her honestly. "I don not know... it's been so long since we've actually talked," he said, saddness coloring his tone. "I want to see her again so badly it hurts."
She stroked the wood gingerly, smiling slightly at old memories. "Edward..." she said on a faraway summer's day. She was in a white dress, and it sparkled in the setting sun. Edward was dawned in his usual jacket and his usual white cotton shirt that clung to his chest. "Yes?" he asked her as he smiled beautifully at her. "I..." she began. His eyes burned into hers, sending chills up her spine. "I think i love you," she whispered, looking down at the sand. She heard him give a light laugh. "What's so funny?" she asked him, getting ready to hit him. "It's nothing, but i think i love you too," he said, his eyes sparkling.
Tears poured out of her eyes. She knew that they could never be again, and it hurt her.

Edward nodded, and then he dashed out the door. I hope Alice can cover for me... he thought as he raced past the boarder, making his way for First Beach. Then he saw her; she was sitting on their usual piece of driftwood. "Lexia?" he asked quietly, coming up behind her.
She jerked around, shocked to see Edward standing behind her. "Edward? What are you doing here?" she asked, quickly wiping away her tears.
He sat down next to her, and took her hands in his. "I think i... still love you," he said quietly, now wanting to disappear.
"Edward..." she whispered, burrying herface into his chest. She began to sob, wishing that they COULD be, but she knew better than that. Edward was meant for Bella, not for her. "I think i still love you too, Edward," she whispered into his chest.
