Snape is alive and hooks up with Hermoine. The bad part is Ron is so heart broken he takes Snape out and his sexual preference changes and he hooks up with Neville, who turned 2 posts ago.

Ron can't be GAY!!!!!
I wish he wasn't gay anymore, divorces Neville, and Ron married me and we live together as a married couple for a loooooooooooooong time!
[And we don't mutate or get ridiculous diseases or anything like that]

Ron isn't gay, but after a while he notices a new side about himself; he is in fact a woman trapped in a man's body! So after about...5-7 years of marriage, he gets a sex change operation and later in life becomes the new Landlady of the Leaky Cauldron.
I wish Sirius would have apologized to Snape for being so cruel in their school years.

Sirius apologizes to Snape but in turn Snape snaps and turns Sirius into a Rainbow Trout.

Your wish changes reality so that Slytherins aren't actually mean, because they act like everyone else does. Unfortunately, they *also* act exactly the same as they used to - everyone else is just a good deal meaner now.
I wish twelve year olds would realize that forming a rag-tag band of companions to save a kidnapped friend is not necessarily the course of action which is most likely to do the highest good for that friend. confused

Wish granted! But as Voldy tries to be kind to everyone, they all think it's a trap of some kind and all run away, making Voldy sad.
I wish that one of the main characters [that weren't one in the first place] was an Animagus [be creative].

Wish granted. But Hermoine does not like turning into a rabbit. It's to reminiscent of her teeth being made fun of.
I wish that all the raindrops in Harry Potter were actually gumdrops. Oh what a rain that would be.

Unfortunetly, the Death Eaters find a way of poisoning them and every one who eats them gets really sick.
I wish Ron was back to normal and all mine!
[back to his original, adorable, 17 year old self w/o having any disturbing sex changing surgeries or diseases. Y'know what I mean]

Wish granted! Unfortunately, the nice, big milkbone and the warm bed is located in number twelve Grimauld Place, which makes them a little less enjoyable for poor Fluffy.
I wish that Draco would have acted a little more bravely in the last book and joined in in the Battle of Hogwarts, rather than running around looking for his parents.

Wish granted but Draco ends up wounded in the battle. He was on the Death Eater side so his wounder was Neville.
I wish JK Rowling had given Ravenclaw's and Hufflepuff's more recognition.
