Out of and automatic reaction Aiya half drew her sword. She also sprang up from the bed and faced Clare. From what you could see of the sword there were intricate black designs flowing down towards the tip. She was in a readied stance just as her father had taught her. It was pure instinct.

Looks a bit sad with head drooping a little, "but I, your probably right clare, you always are." Sees Aiya draw her sword and quickly leaps between her and Clare, readying my own.

Slowing her movements, Clare smirked lightly as she pointed her sword down near the wall, lodged it into the wood of the floor and slowly sat down in front of it, resting her back as she looked at Aiya. "Nice response, if wholly unnecessary, I will never attack a human."

Aiya put her sword back in its sheath. "Sorry. Its a reflex." She looked at Raki. He would have been to easy for her to bring down. "Put that away before you poke an eye out." Aiya sat back on the bed leaning up against the head board. "Its good to know you won't attack humans. I bet most don't know it though."

Take my hand off my blade, sits down on a nearby chair, "Clare are you sure you'll be ok, even with all of you, I've heard stories about these awakened beings."

"No, very few know, and we like it that way, otherwise they would attempt to take advantage of us, or those close to us." looking between the two, Clare decided to fill them in on the story of Awakened beings (see starting posts).
Looking at Raki, Clare stared him down, "If things do not go well and something happens to me, LEAVE! Do not stick around for anything, you must keep yourself safe." Looking at Aiya directly, "You must make sure he does this"

Aiya could tell that she did care for Raki. She nodded to Clare. It was horrible to think of what could happen. But Clare knew what could happen and she wanted Raki to live and not try to save or avenge her.

Aiya thought of a few things to say to Raki. But thought it best for Clare to possibly say something to him. In a way he reminded her of her little brother. He complained about not being able to do things. It was mostly because he was not old enough yet. He had a way of pouting that didn't seem like pouting.

Looks up at Clare, "should i make something to eat before you head out? It's been a long trip and if this thing is half as bad as you say you'll need your strength."

"Thank you but I'm fine." She gave a slight bow to them. She normally only had two meals a day. She had a good size late lunch. She would be fine till morning.

"Dawn, and if you plan on being ready by then, I suggest getting ready for bed soon." Glancing at Aiya, Clare added as if it was a random thought, "You're welcome to my bed, I find it more comfortable right here." Leaning back against her sword and closing her eyes, Clare continued, "And I think you should sleep soon too, it is a very long hike, and the other claymore will not want to stop for you."
