Just voted on the new poll, I used to spend probably my time half here and half in the CD forums, but now that all our hangout threads have been moved, I'll probably be spending more time here, but I'll still be checking in CD every now and then.

The cd forum is going to become nothing more than a haven for arguments, just watch. I'll peek in and browse from time to time, but that's about it. To find me, all you have to do is post and I'll fire up the spam gun.

All I ever see over there nowadays is Celaeno, KMKM, Deadpool, and every now and then, Trick Question. Its more dead now that it was back when I first joined, before the Avengers and JLA. Oh, I almost forgot the noobs. The noobs are there.

Yes ... the noobs are there. But every now and again you get lucky and get to have an actual coversation ... sometimes ... if your lucky ... on a blue moon ...

You know, I think the number one thing that has killed conversation topics for me is Chuck Austen. Him being on Action Comics and JLA, and my subsequent boycott of those titles, kinda cuts back on what I want to talk about. I mean the Kyle/Hal stuff is old news now, and nobody really reads the other stuff that I read. And I dont read any Marvel.

Question for you guys. Barry Allen's Flash ring, remember that? What was the costume he was wearing at that time made out of? AFAIK, you cant even fold a sheet of paper more than about 7 times, how exactly was he folding a costume down that much?

Barry's costume was made out of a special fabric polymer he invented that was coated with chemicals that made it shrink when it was vacuum-sealed in his ring. When the ring was opened, it was put in contact with air, which made it expand up to full size.
Why he never patented it and made a mint selling to people with closet space issues, I don't know. xd

So how exactly did he get it in the ring?

Oh wow. Very good question. I remember seeing it always pop out of the ring, but never back into it. Surely Barry doesn't spend the time rolling it, folding it and packing it up?

He can move at several times the speed of sound, folding his costume up is no big thing to him...
...but truthfully, that question was never answered.
So, how is everyone doing tonight? So tired...
