Ava scratched her cheek slightly. "Ah, sorry, Conan." She glanced at Misiki as he sat beside her. "Why would I be scared?" She opened her book where she had left off and continued. "I was surprised, is all."

Conan walked to the other side of Misiki, kicking his feet in the process. He sat a chair and looked off to the side. He immediately saw a man in a suit staring at him. -" And just what the hell are you looking at?!" The man immediately looked away, horrified. Conan put in his headphones and began listening to The Heretic Anthem by Slipknot loud enough to hear without headphones.

"Seeing as it's only been a few minutes since you left, I've been okay for the last 2 minutes." She said, smiling. Star still had her earbuds in, and "He Said She Said" by Ashley Tisdale was playing.

Ava smiled at Misiki as he walked off. She put her head down to continue reading, but the sudden burst of loud, head-banging music caught her attention, and she looked at Conan, her eyes wide. "He's going to make himself deaf."

Star heard Ava's comment. "Meh." Was all she said, shrugging her shoulders. Star turned back to Misiki. "Ehhhh..club last week with Ari. It was pretty dull though. The rents' finally gave in and gave me a credit card." Star said.

Conan saw movement in the corner of his eye and moved his head to the left. He saw Ava's mouth moving and took off a single headphone.
