"No problem." Riot was thankful for the dark that hid the strained smile on her face. <******** teenagers. Always gotta be sarcastic Riot paused again in her walk back to Chisei's Who the hell am I kidding? I'm ******** sarcastic. Who knew? Laughing rather manically Riot continued walking through the storm, wondering just how long she had made the girl wait. Not that she really cared.

Valkyrie walked into the store and picked out a loaf of bread and cheese. She was about to go to the cash register when she realized something. She had no money she sighed. Then estimated the distance between where she was and the store front. Enough time. She closed her eyes and suddenly everything around her stopped, she had stopped time. She took off as fast as she could and ran out of the store. Time kicked back in and it seemed the valkyrie had dissapeared form the spot. In fact she was running outside the store and ran straight into the gril she had seen earlier. "Sorry!" She muttered.

"No problem, but-." Riot grabbed the girl by her wrist and held her there tight. "Don't you think you should give those back?"

Valkyrie shook her head. "No, they won't cost the shop owner much, it's just bread and cheese, plus they won't even realise i've left the shop." She then said with conformation, "Plus in a few days, or hours.. i'm not shure when, they'll find the money for it on the counter." She shrugged, "I can always get it to them within a few seconds of when i left. Don't worry about it."

"Still, you shouldn't do that. All you had to do was ask." Riot shook her head, letting the girl go, before walking down the street a bit. "Well you coming or what?" She called over her shoulder before continuing on.

"To where I'm staying. She won't mind the company." Riot answered keeping a brisk pace. or at least I don't think she will.

"Hey, I'm back!" Riot called into the house as she led the girl in, taking her hood down at the same time.

"Well that's a good question. I figured we could use some more company. Got you your pepper, I think." Riot continued talking as she ditched her shoes and jacket in her temporary room. "Oh you started the chicken already?"

Valkyrie breathed deeply. "Now that smells really good! Here's some bread, as a thanks for letting me stay." She smiled at the girl in the house and shot a look at the other girl, hoping she wouldn't mention it was stolen. She was plainng on getting money and putting it on the counter, by going back to that moment, later. "And my name is Valkyrie."

"now!! " she said cheerfully pulling the chicken out and placing it on the table. suddenly, the pot the chicken was in tiped over and scalding hot water went spilling out. Chisei then wipped around and thrust her hands out and the water stopped in mid air.
