Miya thanked silently for the dark, her blush spreading across her cheeks, though he could surely hear her heart thumping madly against her chest.
Feeling him tense, she removed her hand slowly.
A silence settled upon them, she was unsure of what to talk about. She feared touching him again, feared he would decide she was bothersome, and request her leave.

Vali saw two people sitting on the dock across from her. She smiled: young love!

He fidgeted slightly as he sat there, his face was a light shade of red as he sat there. His mind then broke from its long thaw and he turned his head to look at her. "So umm..where do you live?" He asked as he felt the silence was too heavy.

Miya smiled at his awkwardness, the silence at least, finally broken.
"I do not have a permanent residence. I stay wherever I can. At the Dragon's Inn occassionally. What about you?"

"Well I just kinda stay at my place.." He was being extremely vague as he wasnt sure if he could tell her about his residence. Which consisted of an underground facility that rested beneith the Warehouse District.

Miya laughed softly.
"I understand. You do not trust me with your personal details..."
She smiled-mostly to herself.
He had calmed her thoughts and her control when even herself could not.

A thought coursed through his mind as he felt he was being rude by not telling her where he lived. "Well I guess I could show you..." He said as he made up his mind to show her if she would allow him too.

Miya smiled softly.
"Don't feel forced to do anything, but I will follow, if you are so inclined to show me."
Inside she was beaming.
After all his years with no human contact, he had opened up so much to her already.
Whether it was politeness or otherwise, she didn't care. It had been a while since she had ever had any sort of friendship outside of convenience.

A being's presence could be felt. Perhaps dark to some, demonic in nature. "Hmm, wonder where the client is." Muttered the male, as he held in his left hand a simmering cig. The hot cherry seemed to glow lightly. The male brought it to his lips, taking a drag. A breeze rushed past, forcing his trench coat's tail to fly up like a fury of black flames.

"Alright.."He said standing up. He then offered his hand to her to help her to her feet. His face was calm but inside he was nervous as a teenager on his first date. He had never taken anyone to his place of residence as he had felt safer that no one knew where it was, let alone what he had there.

Miya giggled softly as she took his hand, standing to her feet, though, being clumsy, she stumbled right into his chest.
Immediately she stepped back, blushing.
"I'm so sorry! That's the second time now!"

A small smile appeared on his face as he looked at her. "Its alright.." He said walking back along the dock. "Well lets go then.." His face retained a bit of a red color as he walked away.

He was a tad bit angered, as he stood there. He let out the drag, smoke curling against his lips. He clossed his eyes lightly, enjoying what cool air came to him. A chuckle came from him, as he moved to lean against a small power box.

She hurried after him, attempting to keep his pace, but she uickly grew tired, though she dare not show it.

"Meh, I don't feel like waiting. Screw this." He muttered, flicking his cig into the water. With that done he shoved his left hand into his pocket, then went back to his wandering.
