"Ah - I - um -" Luke stammered. Not only did he not remember anyone else's name - except for Eros, Rose, and Cadence - but he could not even get a full sentence out.
"I'm Luke," he said again, dumbly, infatuated with the cutey newcomer.
However, the nagging rememberance at the back of his mind kept telling him there were seven of them now - the games would start very soon.

(( Yes sweetums, it's master. Now quit with the babbling and get with the RPing! )) "And I'm Oliver." Alvin said, even though that wasn't his name. He always did that, if someone said their name twice, then he would say his name was something else every time. "Are you sure the others don't have names? I don't want to have to..." Alvin got distracted by something, not surprising actually, but still annoying when in the middle of a sentence.

Luke grabbed his arm.
"I'm... sorry," he said, grinning an apologetic, embarassed grin. "Um, that girl over there, with the cat, she's Rose. The beautiful, beautiful man over there is Eros, and you've met Cadence."

"Thats where the cat was!" Alvin gasped, and would have ran over to it were it not for Luke's hand on his arm. Alvin tried memorizing their faces and names but stopped listening once Luke got to the second 'beautiful'. "You said that twice." He said, not understanding what Luke had meant by adding the second word.

"You're very welcome," Eliza replied, "What is this establishment? I sensed all of the vampires here and promptly came. I has been about twenty years since I have seen another vampire. I don't remember all of them being so...pleasing to the eye."

He nodded in agreement. "I am not quite sure of that myself, yet, but I have noticed the level of attractiveness, as well. Even the one who made me was not so physically beautiful as the ones here. Even the little one is cute." Cadence's eyes narrowed. Now he was wondering about the Blood House, too.

Luke released the boy's arm. "Just.. nevermind." He turned to walk away, embarassed, when he felt the vibrations through the floor, travelling up his spinal cord, into his brain, sending out signals of panic to his entire body.
The Guardians were coming to play.

At the vibrations Alvin was startled and grabbed onto the nearest possible thing are was to grab hold of, which was Luke of course. "Wa-what was that?" He shuddered holding onto Luke's arm whether he wanted him to or not.

Eros had remained silent but amused. It seemed whatever had called them together wished to enjoy a high level of beauty from the group. Eros realized that, although he was not the last to arrive, he was the last to introduce himself. When a break in the conversation presented itself, he gave a slight bow and spoke quietly.
"Forgive my rudeness. I am Eros, the apparently, beautiful, beautiful man." His smile became a mischievious smirk as he quoted Luke's appraisal.
Then the tremors began. Eros' smirk faltered only somewhat.
"It seems things shall become much more interesting."

"Interesting. Riiiight." He said with a light snort and just a bit of sarcasm. "Dammit. You say interesting, but mention nothing about being interesting in a good way, Mr. Beautiful Man. That is so not good." Cadence observed apprehensively, steadying himself with a hand on the wall.

Eros merely smirked at Cadence. He, himself, was not quite sure of what was to come, yet he could still act as though he did. It was fun to pretend, so why not pretend big things?

Two boys and potential danger was on the menu for that evening, apparently. The tremors were faint, but definitely there - everyone could feel them. While Alvin clung to Luke's arm, Luke clung to Eros'. He knew this was to come, but that didn't mean he couldnt' feel fear.
The tremors stopped, and the world was thrust into darkness.
Luke felt as though he were falling for a moment, then found himself alone. Solitary in a field of shadows and potential demons.
"The game has begun," he whispered to himself.
He began to walk.

Alvin was now alone and in darkness as well, and it freaked him out momentarily. "It's oh so very dark in here..." Alvin commented, talking to anything and anyone who might hear him. "Hello~!?" He called, waiting for an echo; one that never came.

Eros was engulfed in darkness. Nothing could be seen with the physical eye. Instead, Eros closed his eyes and stretched his mind. He could feel the prescence of many things but he could not discern what they were. Eros allowed his eyes to reamin closed and his mind open. He decided to find anyone he could. Hopefully, he would find Luke. He seemed to understand what was happening.
