Gabe thought for a moment, setting his glasses back in place on the bridge of his nose. "Well, it's generally a question answer kind of thing, but I don't have any questions other then, "How do you spell your name?"." Gabe said looking down at his clipboard, he couldn't tell what was what anymore, let alone read any of it.

Edgar sighed with disbelief. "It's E-D-G-A-R," he explained. He was surprised that this guy could not spell. Surely, he was not cut out for this line of work.

"Of course, of course. Now let me just mark-" Gabe reached for his lab coat pocket, intending to grab his pen and write that down, but of course didn't find it. "Oh right, Logan has my pen..." Gabe mumbled, then he yawned, his hand covering his mouth. "Well then Edgar, do you have any questions for me? I'd rather this not be a one sided conversation." Gabe asked.

Edgar blinked a few times. "Yeah, when are we getting new people here?" he asked. "The guys here aren't too exciting and plus they're guys. I haven't seen a girl in ages."

Gabe chuckled. "That's because most girls are smart enough to not a be crazy, though everyone thinks they are anyway, but we just contribute that to them being female." Gabe said, "There's Ruby here though, you'd think she's enough of a girl for you. Of course, she'd rather kill you more then kiss you." Gabe finished, mumbling the last part. Gabe's pager went off unexpectedly just then, and Gabe quickly moved to silence it. If someone needed him they could come get him, and they had better damn well bring some coffee with them if they do.

"I prefer my girls to be sane, thanks," Edgar replied. "The thought of possibly being killed anytime something intimate happens isn't my cup of tea. That being said, Ruby is out of the question." He then had a wicked idea. "You know, with your resources, you could get away with doing whatever you please to her. Drugs can be a wonderous thing. Just call it a test." His eyes were calm, yet eerie.

Gabriel's mouth all but hit the floor at Edgar's last comment. "Ugg! That's gross! Eeew!" Gabe squealed. He was not that type of person, and now he would be watching out for other doctors that were doing that. Have his dad kick their asses he would, or fire them at least. "You are very clever, but my morals are higher then that." Gabe said, shying slightly away from Edgar.

Edgar rubbed his temples with his fore and middle fingers. "I'm sorry," he said. "I'm not sure what came over me, exactly." He had a slight pain around his forehead and was not entirely sure what it was. "Geez... my head hurts."

Gabriel was at attention immediately and rushed over to Edgar's side, he set his clipboard down on the bed and crouched beside him. "I know I probably smell like rancid milk, but you can deal with it. The pain's in your forehead?" Gabe asked, also taking note of his overall apperence. Hey, he is a doctor after all, what else do doctors do?

Edgar nodded. "Yeah and it doesn't feel too great," he explained, now grabbing onto his head with his hands. "Could I be developing some disorder? Gah, this pain is unreal." He closed his eyes and clinched his teeth.

"Disorders aren't likely, is there any other pain? Any other symptoms? Forehead pain may be more easily identified if other symptoms exist." Gabe said, sounding like a textbook. "Anything, big or small, just give me something to work with."

Edgar shook his head. "No, just the forehead pain," he replied, loosening the grip on his head. "The pain is starting to go away." Within moments, the pain was completely gone. "That was strange. I'm sorry I put you through such a scare."

(( Aw, alright, we wont go to far. ))
"That dosen't mean the problem has gone away. Though i'm glad it has, there are over 590 symptom combinations related to Forehead pain, I was not looking forward to mentally searching through them all." Gabe said, picking his clipboard back up and taking a step back. There was no need to choke the kid with his garbage smell.
(( I have to go to the dentists right now anyway. >_< ))
